We are at the Kalahari Lodge in the Poconos Mountains in Pennsylvania. It’s Sukkos, a Jewish holiday basically lasting almost 2 weeks, the middle days are often good for short vacations. The Lodge has provided an area for prayer and a sukkah for outdoor eating. We didn’t know about this food truck until yesterday, when we came to the sukkah to eat lunch.
