The worst Starbucks service I've experienced. I purchase a medium size coffee to ease my start, which came with a defective lid "again"that pops right off making a mess and ofcourse no napkings provided to help clean the mess in my car. Wait..It must be the no tip they forcefully "choose" to put in your face before providing the service, hoping you accidentally push $5 due to the sun's glare on the screen . Typical Starbucks so coffee good. Service terrible. Only one in line and waited there for 3 minutes with not even a hello. There drive thru line is backed up so in store customers don’t get time of day. Management needs to have more workers prolly. Go to another Starbucks even if further away.

I drove up through the drive-thru to get a coffee and it was cold. I had to go in and ask them to warm it up I don't know what happened and why they served it to me that way. But I shouldn't have to get out of my car to ask them to give me a hot coffee at their prices. The girl through the drive in was very nice
