Parking: Parking depends on time of day and is better at night

I recently visited this Starbucks through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. After waiting a few minutes to reach the window, I was handed my drink but had to remind the staff that I still had pastries in my order. One of the pastries was cold by the time I got it. When I asked for a fresh one, the staff member refused, offering to reheat the old one, which I had already touched. Not only was this unsanitary, but she also argued with me, blaming the delay on me when it was actually due to their slow service.

What made matters worse was the unprofessional attitude—after I called to express my concerns, she referred to me as "the cookie lady," which felt rude and dismissive. I’ve come to expect better service and cleanliness from Starbucks, but this location really let me down. I hope they can improve their service and food safety practices.

Hipster coffee can hit the spot at times but I'm sad when my total is 9$ for a drink that is only worth 1/4 of that to make. Thats what you get when people with an art history degree are serving cappuccino I guess.

Very prompt and professional service. However I do worry about the barista's mental health. While my order is always correct and made exceptionally well; it appears all hope and light have left the staff members lives. Please check up on them periodically as they deserve it.

It's 9 30 am and it's been open for hours now. People have come and go purchasing goods..I was denied my coffee because all I had was a 50 dollar bill. The lady had an attitude because I didn't have a card or anything less.
