Stopped here on a family road trip for a snack. They had nothing made and the girl working here had urgency to make anything, all the while turning multiple people away. When I asked how long for a couple orders of cinnamon sugar nuggets she said 15 minutes and stated rolling dough. We went to the 7-11 to grab a couple other things then when we came back she didn’t make any cinnamon sugar nuggets! When I asked she said she must have misheard us. They either need to shut the place down or find employees who actually work.

The employee could not have been any ruder. This is usually a highlight stop anytime we travel through Allentown, never again, what a jerk. Pretzels were cold too.

Stopped at the Allentown service station to use the bathroom and grab a pretzel. The employees were incredibly rude. The moment I approached the counter they said the system was down, so they wouldn’t let me buy a pretzel. Okay whatever. I use the bathroom and come back, now there’s a line of 4 people. I wait in line as the one customer is trying to pay for his food. It’s taking a while because the system is down. Meanwhile, the employees are speaking another language while other customers stand around. I don’t understand why they couldn’t speak English or not speak at all, because this can make customers uncomfortable thinking they may be talking about them. The employees were also making food without gloves, not washing hands, hair not tied back, and no hair net. We decided to just leave.

Stopped during a very long car ride and I don’t know why these young workers are so absolutely miserable, but WOW. Asked for mini pretzel dogs, “no, none are made”, proceeded to ask for 3 other things that they “didn’t have made” as all of the staff just started at us. Asked for a side of cheese and when I went to pay she mumbled something, apparently she said “take the cheese” and when I didn’t hear her she put her hand on her forehead and sighed…… What we did get was tasty, but holy moly that service was terrible

Never have anything in stock and not even making things, even at lunch time. Just standing behind a display case that is 3/4 empty. No pretzel dogs or dog bites, no plain bites only cinnamon sugar. Disappointed

My boyfriend stopped specifically at this rest stop for a cinnamon sugar pretzel, but upon arrival, the lights were on but nobody was home despite arriving a full 40mins before documented time of closure. Very sad
Absolutely love Auntie Anne's pretzel's. This location is never good. This experience (3/8/2024) the girl at the counter turned many customers away saying they were "sold out" while she had a fresh tray come out of the oven and set on the counter behind her. I watched her take two more trays out and dump them on the counter while she continued to turn customers away. By the time we had finished our meal they were still not selling pretzels. This was about 6:00 pm. She and another teen were rolling more, but why let fresh pretzels get cold on the counter when she could be selling while the other made pretzels? She turned away whole families.

I have had much better pretzels before!!!! And DEFINITELY have had MUCH better service! I asked if they had any other pretzels other than the two in the glass shelf! There was a pepperoni one and an Almond one ONLY available! FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES! In the Allentown Rest stop at 4:14 pm when people are traveling that's ridiculous and the young man kept walking away when I was trying to order Alex was his name! And he was talking to another girl there! He could have cooked more of the tons of pretzels sitting behind him instead of just talking ?!I ended up trying the almond pretzel because I wanted a pretzel it tasted like it had been sitting awhile and wasn't very good honestly! I hate to complain but it really wasn't very good service or a very good pretzel!

Love the pretzels but the way the staff was acting whipping each other with towels and carrying on out from behind the cash register laughing historical made me not to even go near or want to buy anything from this location. And wasn't just 2 staff butt 4 staff.

Worst customer service I have seen! Girl behind the counter we incredibly rude, she snatched the money from my hand. They barely have any types of pretzels, I wanted the pretzel bites and they said they do not make them even though another girl is making pretzels right there. Would never recommend this place or go here again!!!
