I want to buy the almond pretzel, there were 4 in the glass shelf, the seller gave me burned one, I said politely can I choose other one which fresh and not burnt one, but she refused to give me fresh and I can only get burned one. Instead of almond I got 2 original pretzels. What kind of service is this? The management should retrain the staff or it will loose the customer.

Stopped here on a family road trip for a snack. They had nothing made and the girl working here had urgency to make anything, all the while turning multiple people away. When I asked how long for a couple orders of cinnamon sugar nuggets she said 15 minutes and stated rolling dough. We went to the 7-11 to grab a couple other things then when we came back she didn’t make any cinnamon sugar nuggets! When I asked she said she must have misheard us. They either need to shut the place down or find employees who actually work.
The employee could not have been any ruder. This is usually a highlight stop anytime we travel through Allentown, never again, what a jerk. Pretzels were cold too.

Stopped at the Allentown service station to use the bathroom and grab a pretzel. The employees were incredibly rude. The moment I approached the counter they said the system was down, so they wouldn’t let me buy a pretzel. Okay whatever. I use the bathroom and come back, now there’s a line of 4 people. I wait in line as the one customer is trying to pay for his food. It’s taking a while because the system is down. Meanwhile, the employees are speaking another language while other customers stand around. I don’t understand why they couldn’t speak English or not speak at all, because this can make customers uncomfortable thinking they may be talking about them. The employees were also making food without gloves, not washing hands, hair not tied back, and no hair net. We decided to just leave.
