Came in tonight for a meal and there was a wait so we asked if we could sit at the bar. We were told that there is no dining at the bar but we could sit and have a drink. So we waited but after about a half hour, we saw a large tray walked into the bar and two people were served food. I approached the hostess who said no one was allowed to eat at the bar but yet people were. This is horrible. We’ve been coming here for 20+ years but this was 100% not cool.

The food is to die for, sooooo good and large portions, so you will have leftovers. Service was great and food was delicious! Good sized portions. The spare ribs are a must-try dish. This beautiful cozy romantic place has a casual friendly atmosphere. Customers praise the classic Chinese dishes and fan favorites, especially egg drop soup and chicken fried rice. The staff, especially Giavanna, provides friendly and pleasant service, making the experience even better. The restaurant is known for its refusal to substitute fried rice for steamed rice, which surprises many guests. Overall, Hunan Springs remains a popular spot with great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere.
