Ordered 6 rolls to-go during dinner time. The atmosphere inside of Bamboo is fairly boring if I’m being honest and overall seemed like it could be livened up to attract more dining guests. The sushi rolls, however, did not disappoint. I ordered 2 regular maki rolls (salmon, yellowtail) and a peppered tuna roll. Also got a spicy dinner combo which consists of spicy tuna, spicy salmon w/avocado and spicy California. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The spicy tuna roll was great. I would preferred to have gotten the other 2 spicy rolls without avocado, but that was my fault. They were still good but being as the spicy tuna was so good I would have preferred just spicy in the rolls. I didn’t care for the sauce on the peppered tuna roll so that was a miss in my book. These rolls were noticeably larger than others I have gotten in the area. Not overly filled with rice just more total filling so they were a good value in my opinion. One of my favorite locations thus far.

I hadn't been to Bamboo in a long time and was excited to go. However we paid a lot of money for mostly bamboo shoots. Two different meal that we have gotten on the past that used to have so many veggies in them and instead we ate bamboo shoots. Very disappointing.

This venue is a great local Thai restaurant and at one time was my favorite. It is more Asian Fusion than Thai actually but the food is excellent. There are some new Thai restaurants in the Lehigh Valley that I prefer now over Bamboo but that's just me. Highly recommended!

Day after Christmas we got sushi for take-out after seeing several glowing reviews on the local food facebook group. I got two special rolls (Dynamite and Caterpillar) and my wife got a salmon roll and Bikini Bottom roll. Overall the favors were very good and the fish was notably fresh -- they host a wide variety of rolls, with unique and surprising combinations. Only minor complaint was that a couple of the rolls were relatively loose and fell apart when picking up, which I suspect is due to the very busy sushi chefs, as the place was crowded for a Tuesday. I would go here again if I was really craving one of the rolls I got; however, I will note that it was pricier ($3-5 more per roll) than other closer alternatives and I had to drive about 15 minutes to and from.

Service here is really mediocre- waitress won’t smile or hardly speak- strange as matter of fact. Interior of restaurant is very dated, almost dingy. The food was average to good. Go elsewhere.

It was ok. I'm not from the area. Drove from NJ. Too much oil. But good otherwise.
