Ordered 6 rolls to-go during dinner time. The atmosphere inside of Bamboo is fairly boring if I’m being honest and overall seemed like it could be livened up to attract more dining guests.The sushi rolls, however, did not disappoint. This venue is a great local Thai restaurant and at one time was my favorite. It is more Asian Fusion than Thai actually but the food is excellent. There are some new Thai restaurants in the Lehigh Valley that I prefer now over Bamboo but that's just me. Highly recommended!
Day after Christmas we got sushi for take-out after seeing several glowing reviews on the local food facebook group. I got two special rolls (Dynamite and Caterpillar) and my wife got a salmon roll and Bikini Bottom roll. Overall the favors were very good and the fish was notably fresh -- they host a wide variety of rolls, with unique and surprising combinations.
