“Best Chinese food in Lehigh Valley, hands down. Every dish is authentic and very northern Chinese. Every dish is different because as real Chinese cuisine, every dish uses different sauce and different cooking technique and temperature. The chef here was not a farmer, or construction worker, who becomes a chef later because of survival necessities. The chef here must have been trained as a chef at a proper organization. We used to love this place and go over very frequently. The server Dino was very friendly; the owner/waitress Amy was always warm. Then we realized that they did not do anything about their inside decorations. The carpet is getting dirtier and dirtier. When covid hit, they only serve takeout; when Covid is getting better, they still only serve takeout. Real authentic gourmet Chinese food should not be takeouts. It ruins the flavor and texture. We haven’t been back but look forward to trying again.“
“Ordered 6 rolls to-go during dinner time. The atmosphere inside of Bamboo is fairly boring if I’m being honest and overall seemed like it could be livened up to attract more dining guests. The sushi rolls, however, did not disappoint. I ordered 2 regular maki rolls (salmon, yellowtail) and a peppered tuna roll. Also got a spicy dinner combo which consists of spicy tuna, spicy salmon w/avocado and spicy California. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The spicy tuna roll was great. I would preferred to have gotten the other 2 spicy rolls without avocado, but that was my fault. They were still good but being as the spicy tuna was so good I would have preferred just spicy in the rolls. I didn’t care for the sauce on the peppered tuna roll so that was a miss in my book. These rolls were noticeably larger than others I have gotten in the area. Not overly filled with rice just more total filling so they were a good value in my opinion. One of my favorite locations thus far.“
“I've gone to this establishment now for about 6 years. I even ordered pick up during covid because the food is just amazing. the service is always good whenever I went there and sat down to either do all you can eat sushi or do the full menu. The service is quick and they check on you often for refills, and the sushi is very very good. I know the specialty rolls are a little bit more expensive but it is 100% worth the money.“
“I give the food 4 stars because I always test each Chinese restaurant for their General Tso’s chicken dish. If the chicken is not crispy, then the sauce and the chicken should’ve been presented separately even if it’s takeout. No one in PA has survived that test yet. Also, there should be a tang from the vinegar that stands out and again no one in PA has reached that level. However, based on the taste and experience of the local residence, this is a five star to them. So I see both sides. However, if you are well traveled, this is a three star restaurant regarding their food.Parking: They are usually parking spots to park at, but may have to park further down the street during peak hours.“
“Have wanted to eat here for a while and we got reservations through google to dine in. The food is so good and Kim customized one of the dishes with our choice of tofu. She also let us know which items are veggie (including the dumplings!) which was really helpful. Feels like you’re eating at someone’s home and Kim is down to earth and welcoming. We will definitely go again.Vegetarian options: We also got the noodle dish with black bean sauce and veggies“
“Food is great here. Big portions and excellent presentation. I've eaten here many times. My favorite is the Seafood In Love. Drunken noodles is also good as well as the bang bang shrimp. Service is good and friendly. Ambiance is comfortable with an Asian theme of red and white. There is a nice bar that is well stocked and attended by locals.“

“I order from here at less once a week and the food is always good but I have noticed that the food is the best on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I have on this day about 6 times and the food was really hitting in taste and flavor.Parking: Open parking lot with lot of space but it not marked out. The sides of the restaurants are very dark. It was been like this for the since I have been coming here and that been a year.“
“Would give it 0 stars but giving it 5 so this way it can be seen we spent 100 dollars to feed the family and it tasted horrible the rice was soggy the egg rolls are gross and the noodles tasted cheaper the crab rangoons were mushy so disappointed won’t go there again“
“This place is a self serve restaurant but the food is pretty good. This place is also halal as well which is preferred. My husband and I went yesterday and had butter chicken with plain rice and naan bread and it was very good, the only downside I would say was the self-serving; we were sat in a booth and given plastic styrofoam plates and plastic forks/knives with a menu and had to go up to the counter to place an order..other than that the food was very good and place was clean.“
