“Have you ever ordered Chow Mein and that’s not actually what you wanted? I did at another Asian Spot and I was hesitant on having the same experience at Far East. I told the cashier, Lucia, and she was so patient with me. She went to the kitchen to get the noodle to show me what to expect so I wouldn’t have a bad experience with them. Way to go, Lucia. Oh and the food was great too!“

“While staying at WindCreek, I was given a food credit. Stopped by to try the food here. The casino has a large Asian clientele, so really the best choice in the casino. Ordered chicken and broccoli for take out. 20 minute wait was quoted. 30 minutes delivered, quite hot. There was a delightful hint of ginger in the dish, and the meat/veggies were cooked to perfection. If you are Asian, you know how to order here. If you are not, you'd do well to stay away from pseudo-Asian food and go for things you do not know but contain meats and veggies. I'll be back.“

“Have wanted to eat here for a while and we got reservations through google to dine in. The food is so good and Kim customized one of the dishes with our choice of tofu. She also let us know which items are veggie (including the dumplings!) which was really helpful. Feels like you’re eating at someone’s home and Kim is down to earth and welcoming. We will definitely go again.Vegetarian options: We also got the noodle dish with black bean sauce and veggies“

“This place is great, a real gem for a town Nazareth's size. The food is always well prepared, especially the tempura. Most places in the valley give you greasy, American style fried junk, but Hana's is really authentic. The atmosphere is cozy and laid back, and the service is quick. The only thing I would change is a few more vegetarian options on the menu.“

“This is an amazing restaurant. The food is good, speedy service, but I’ve noticed as of lately their fried rice has been hard, and undercooked. I get that they’re trying to run a business, but at the same time, the quality of the food is important.“

“We have been enjoying Chopsticks since they opened. Best Egg Drop Soup anywhere. Ribs on the bone are always tasty. General Tso's Chicken and Orange Beef are favorites. Not a fancy place, but we are looking forward to the dining area re-opening once this virus is over. Sweet owner serves us huge bowls of that Egg Drop soup piping hot.Service is great, food is great and owners and their family (cute kids) are always nice.“

“Best Chinese food in Lehigh Valley, hands down. Every dish is authentic and very northern Chinese. Every dish is different because as real Chinese cuisine, every dish uses different sauce and different cooking technique and temperature. The chef here was not a farmer, or construction worker, who becomes a chef later because of survival necessities. The chef here must have been trained as a chef at a proper organization. We used to love this place and go over very frequently. The server Dino was very friendly; the owner/waitress Amy was always warm. Then we realized that they did not do anything about their inside decorations. The carpet is getting dirtier and dirtier. When covid hit, they only serve takeout; when Covid is getting better, they still only serve takeout. Real authentic gourmet Chinese food should not be takeouts. It ruins the flavor and texture. We haven’t been back but look forward to trying again.“
