29 Best Asian Restaurants near Norristown

“Awesome place! Ohhhh boy... not only good prices, but...I get the Hibachi sides. I get scallops, then steak. They are healthy and not full of junk; the soft lettuce w a slight dressing or SOMETHING, makes it absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!“

“The wait staff is super friendly. The food is delicious. The Korean Stews are our favorites!“

“We did take out from here. Food was very salty and not good at all. Roti was very hard and naan was very thick. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. We ate here in past but their quality has worsen a lot. Would not recommend this restaurant to family & friends“

“This place is a gem. Fast and friendly service, the best ginger dressing on a house salad I have ever tasted. The freshest fish you will find on the main line. The rice was served at the perfect temperature. The owners and staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. If I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life, this would be the one.“

“Everything is fresh and delicious! Atmosphere is very friendly, they treat you like family!“

“We got the pork buns, chicken on a stick, handmade pork and cabbage dumplings and general Tao’s chicken. The food was delicious. The pork buns are especially good. The service was fast. I would definitely recommend this place. The price is good.“

“Food is really great and the staff was extremely friendly! The atmosphere is typical Asian food market which is a wonderful vibe. My girlfriend and I I also took some selfies at their free photobooth! Skewers were spicy and crispy! Delicious!“

“Delicious and flavorful food! My family enjoyed the Night Market Chicken, Kimchi Tots, the Sesami Chicken Flavor Bomb, Veggie Lover, and Bulgogi Bibim Bowl. Fresh and healthy ingredients. Very generous portions. Very friendly customer service. I highly recommend Sesami!“

“Today was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful explaining items on the menu. I highly recommend this place and will be returning as a frequent customer.“

“Food is great! Love that is byob too. Only thing is I am asked multiple times while I am actively chewing food if I was done by the wait staff 😬. This is after I explained when ordering I eat slow due disability also. Other than that it is one of my favorite restaurants!“

“Staff here is without a doubt the best. Very efficient and makes you feel welcome. We love going there, they never disappoint. Sushi is unbelievable as well as the entrees. I don't know if she is the owner or manager but she is second to none. Highly recommend.“

“When here on a weekend. Very nice place. Great food and service. Highly recommended.“

“Many establishments in the area have declined in quality and atmosphere, but not Mizu Asian Bistro! We have never been disappointed. Thank you for maintaining your high standards!“

“The service was top notch and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had the Manhattan Roll, it was a new one for me and it was great. My main entree was the General Tao's Chilean Sea Bass and that did not disappoint. We will definitely be going back and hopefully sooner.rather than later.“

“My family met at Dim Sum King there were 8 of us. The food was excellent and plentiful. Everyone's meal was hot and delicious. The staff were exceptionally courteous and respectful. We look forward to meeting there in the future.“

“Stopped in for take out. Everything was carefully packaged and labeled. We had a special request for my little one, plain lo mein, just sauce and noodles they listened and prepared and labelled it correctly. It was raining that day and they took the time to wrap all of their heavy weight paper bags in plastic for us. They provided ample napkins, soy sauce, and forks without prompting. Again they take care... The food was good, chicken was a high quality. There was a nice mix of veggies in the chicken lo mein. I liked the way the chicken was cut up in the lo mein as well.“

“This new food court area is pretty cool. Very friendly environment and the options are unique but also not too outlandish. This specific location is very good and I’ve never had any issues with the chicken! I always come back for the shake shake fries haha“

“This Asian eatery is in the Food Court of the Valley Forge Casino/Resort. We shared vegetable egg rolls & chicken lo mein. Everything was freshly made & yummy! Nothing was greasy or salty. We enjoyed it & we recommended it to friends.“

“I had gotten uber eats from here and it was great, but I recently dined in at Izu and did not have such a great experience. After ordering the sashimi lover plate, both myself and a family member got stomach aches, which made me concerned about the fish quality. The texture was also a bit strange on some of the slices. Otherwise, the food tasted great but since it is quite pricey, I am not so sure I will be back soon. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, but it did smell a bit fishy.“

“Solid neighborhood take-out spot. What I personally like about South Ocean in Flourtown is the variety of Asian cuisines: Chinese, Japanese, & Thai. You can order sweet and sour chicken, or sushi. My go-to dish is the green curry; either with chicken or with vegetables. Very nice staff, quick pick-up, and fairly priced. 👍🏻“

“Amazing sushi and service! Great for families with kids too!“

“This restaurant has an excellent vibe, and I enjoyed the food.“

“Excellent food and excellent service“

“Best Asian food in the area!!!“

“Amazing, date night! Food and service was to perfection!“

“I’ve been frequenting this place since early 2000’s and their consistency and simple elegance of their sushi is simply phenomenal. Even Hawaii doesn’t offer such delicious sushi without making you pay 100’s of dollars for even the mediocre. Cho Cho San is incredible, can’t give it anything less than a 10/10“

“Amazing place, we tried the Sukiyaki Beef Ramen and the Philadelphia roll. It looked so great and tasted so amazing that, not only I could not wait to start eating, I was not able to stop once I started eating to take a picture. I would definitely recommend it.“

“Solid B tier for a Korean Restaurant.
if you live around Blue Bell, Montgomeryville
and , North Wales area and you want to try decent Korean food , this place has it. it’s located in a very cute plaza near Montgomery Community college. Went at 2PM on a Saturday, we were just the only ones. the staff there are amazing and professional.

*they reverted back to the Korea Garden name after the other brand and management didnt go well.“

“It’s a fairly typical American Chinese restaurant in a gorgeous old building. The cheesesteak egg roll was tasty and fried properly. I also got a lunch special chicken with broccoli with egg drop soup as an add-on, which was a great price. The chicken with broccoli was tasty but there was something a bit strange about the texture of the chicken. I’m not sure if it was just a lot of cornstarch silkiness or if there’s additional explanation for that. Otherwise, ingredients seem fresh. The egg drop soup was bland but I added a packet of soy sauce that they provided complimentary without asking, and that helped. They also provided complimentary fried noodles which were a bit stale but with it being complimentary and the whole meal being so inexpensive, I can’t complain too much.

The service was great. Everyone seemed nice!

The place is very clean and they have a table around the corner so you can sit in peace to eat without them watching you. The rest of the dining room was blocked off though. There was no tablecloth so I’m not sure why it says that but the table has a unique and interesting painting on it.“
