The star of the evening, however, was our server Tony—friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and approachability, making our dinner feel relaxed and enjoyable. As for the food: absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and clearly made with care. The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right. The sides and appetizers were equally impressive—fresh, well-portioned, and beautifully presented.”

“I have been coming here in Hellertown since it was just a little shop selling healthy, fresh, and delicious fruit drinks and teas. It recently expanded to include tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, and more! The food and drinks are all made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Very nice portion sizes. The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. There is some seating inside and out. They were recently featured in a local food and sing magazine Edible Lehigh Valley! HIGHLY recommend!!”

My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.”

“We found this restaurant online and we were coming to Bethlehem from Wayne, NJ. We made a reservation for 4 on Sunday at 3pm and arrived on time! We were met by our server Maddy and seated at a large table. The food and service were outstanding. We come from an area filled with Italian restaurants and we were so pleased that we wouldn't hesitate at all to drive back just to eat there again! The portions were large, came out exactly as we ordered them. The prices were excellent also. If you want a great Italian dinner or pizza, I highly recommend this place!”

Manager was on top of things today. They helped an old lady struggling to make an order fit her budget, that's relatable of her and respectable of them.
Truth is - the people who work here work hard and put up with a lot. In a righteous world they'd all be making a more realistic and respectable wage because whatever theyre getting - it's not enough.

One of the owners Jordan comes over introduced himself and we hit it off like I was a regular there. He gave me a tour of the brewery, explained the history of the company and told me about the beers and hopwater they have. I recommend give it a try its quite different but refreshing. If you're looking for an at home local brewery feel especially if your an out of towner I can not recommend this place enough.”

They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!”

They knocked off some of the bill. Josh the bartender was amazing. The drinks were flowing and we kept him really busy. The food was delish, bangers, grilled shrimp, chicken, wings, bread & salad. “We were there today for the first time. it's really nice to have this close to home. Good quality ingredients, very fair pricing and a clean setting. I prefer to pay for good quality than to purchase mediocre food at lower price point. Service was very good. Attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. Food tasted delicious! The salmon cake was better than any crab cake I've had. The NY Strip was very tender, flavorful beautifully plated. The pancake appetizer also delicious! You can bring your own wine (of course they have wine glasses). Keep in mind this is a learning environment. We were very pleased with the entire experience. I love cooking so I rarely if ever want to go out for a meal, but I can see us going there a few times a month. ❤️ Well done!”

Glennie was very accommodating with the changes I made along the way to the menu, and also to the special requests I had for certain food items and drinks. She made the planning so easy and fun. The hardest part was selecting the food options from their menu – there were so many wonderful things to choose from! The guests all expressed what a great place it was, and how good the food and drinks were. The venue itself is so warm and cozy, and it was perfect for the 56 guests we had. Glennie and her staff were very attentive, making sure that all of the guests had what they needed. It didn’t seem like “work” to them, as they were so friendly and warm while serving the guests. Many of our guests were never there before, and I do know some of them will return. I would not hesitate to plan another event at Artisan!”

It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. Sangria is not great ( no fruit and pretty much only the ice cubes) the Mojito very well done! Be mindful if you’re taller than 5’5 sitting on the wall because you will hit your head😂 what was bizarre to all of us is the amount of wait staff present with so little attention to the tables. Nobody was doing water service even though numerous employees were literally just standing. Also when putting water glasses on the table please train your employees to not put their fingers in it when putting them on the table. Overall the kitchen gets three thumbs up and would come back for the food for sure. I just wonder if your front line employees could a refresher training class to make a better impression.”

Someone recommended The Taste Smokers and on a rainy Saturday afternoon we stopped in to try the food. To be honest, we didn't expect it to be any better than the others, we were sooo wrong. The food is incredible and we decided at that moment we had to have them cater our party. We spent 2 hours with Q and V planning what we were going to serve and enjoying ther company. We left feeling like family. The party was yesterday. Q arrived on time and the food was hot and ready to serve. Q sliced the Brisket cap fresh and cleaned up the kitchen. The food was incredible and our guests were raving. The ribs were perfect, the Brisket moist and tasty, the wings were a particular hit and the Brisket meatballs wrapped in bacon were fantastic. Pitmaster Q was welcomed with a round of applause from our guests. He waited to make sure everyone was enjoying the food. He genuinely loves what he does and his pride in his food is well deserved. This was hands down the best barbecue we've served and we will have them back again. Plus Q & V are awesome!!!”

I am a regular customer, and I visited QDOBA Mexican Grill on Valentine’s Day evening. It was truly an incredible experience.
Maria, the Manager, and Kate, the Assistant Manager, made the evening very special for my love 😍 and my family. Their hospitality, warm attitude, and genuine care really stood out. You can clearly see when a team takes pride in what they do, and they absolutely do.
Just look at the picture. The bowls were beautifully presented and loaded with fresh ingredients, vibrant colors, generous portions, and amazing flavors. Everything tasted as good as it looks.
And let me say this honestly, everyone should try QDOBA at least once. I am confident you will forget about Chipotle Mexican Grill after experiencing the difference.
