“Our evening started with a table outside which I thoroughly enjoyed. Our server Luigi took our cocktail order and we ordered salads to start. I recalled when he just started as a server a couple of years ago and he is wonderful. Very sweet and attentive to ensure a great dining experience. I had a Freska Cocktail...absolutely divine, it had Broker's Gin and Skinos Matisha liquer over pebble ice and a cucumber slice curled up for fragrance and beautiful appearance. To say I enjoyed this cocktail is an understatement. It was fab. My salad was the tomato 'Village' salad which is served with everything I appreciate, wonderful Olives, capers, cucumbers, thinly sliced red onions, wedges of feta and some other fresh herbs with a light dressing. It was delicious. My husband had the beet salad which had different color beets and as well wedges of feta. All so fresh. For dinner my husband had the filet mignon and I had the grilled Lamb Chops with lemon potatoes and stuffed eggplant. The white wine was delicious as well. This is our go to restaurant. The owner Melissa could not be more pleasant as well. When I told her how much we enjoyed dinner we had a nice conversation.”

“I have been coming here in Hellertown since it was just a little shop selling healthy, fresh, and delicious fruit drinks and teas. It recently expanded to include tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, and more! The food and drinks are all made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Very nice portion sizes. The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. There is some seating inside and out. They were recently featured in a local food and sing magazine Edible Lehigh Valley! HIGHLY recommend!!”

“We've been meaning to stop here for a while. After finally making it in our only regret is not making it here sooner! The menu here offers both traditional and unique Indian inspired spins on old favorites. Pizza, sandwiches, wraps, fries. We ordered the Halal Tandoor Chicken pizza and it absolutely blew us away. Herbaceous, perfectly topped (not skimpy but not so much it made the pie soggy) and spiced to a level of our choosing! You MUST try the white sauce. We eat a lot of Halal, Middle Eastern and Medditeranian Cuisine. This white sauce was among the best of the best. We ended up leaving with a bottle to keep in our own fridge. The staff were so nice. Making sure to let us know our food was going in the oven, bringing it out to us, checking on us and grabbing us some extra napkins without us even asking. It is clear they want their customers to feel taken care of and they succeeded. Much more than you get from your normal pizza spot. We absolutely can't wait to return and only wish we could get hungrier faster. Thank you so much for a lovely meal!”

My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.”

I prefer to pay for good quality than to purchase mediocre food at lower price point. Service was very good. Attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. Food tasted delicious! The salmon cake was better than any crab cake I've had. The NY Strip was very tender, flavorful beautifully plated. The pancake appetizer also delicious! You can bring your own wine (of course they have wine glasses). Keep in mind this is a learning environment. We were very pleased with the entire experience. I love cooking so I rarely if ever want to go out for a meal, but I can see us going there a few times a month. ❤️ Well done!”

Manager was on top of things today. They helped an old lady struggling to make an order fit her budget, that's relatable of her and respectable of them.
Truth is - the people who work here work hard and put up with a lot. In a righteous world they'd all be making a more realistic and respectable wage because whatever theyre getting - it's not enough.

“Walked in on a random Wednesday night alot of locals bellied up to the bar, sat a few tables away from the bar just enjoying the atmosphere and the beers. One of the owners Jordan comes over introduced himself and we hit it off like I was a regular there. He gave me a tour of the brewery, explained the history of the company and told me about the beers and hopwater they have. I recommend give it a try its quite different but refreshing. If you're looking for an at home local brewery feel especially if your an out of towner I can not recommend this place enough.”

They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!”

We gave them a call and they said, " thanks for letting us know" so in the garbage it went. I don't really understand how that's possible because everything is fresh. Of course we'll still go but won't be buying anything to bring home again.”

“There is ABSOLUTELY something in the water on the south side of Bethlehem, because these Dominican restaurants do NOT miss. I took one bite and immediately got flashbacks of my mom yelling “eat first,” my grandma cooking since 6am, my aunties arguing over seasoning, and the whole family waiting on rice.
This food is made with love, soul, ancestors, and probably a little prayer. You can taste it. No shortcuts. No funny business.
The oven roasted chicken??? JUICY. Flavor everywhere. It’s got this slight sweet, almost barbecue-type vibe that sneaks up on you like “oh okay… I see what y’all did there.” I was minding my business and suddenly I’m scraping the plate like I paid rent there.

The salmon cake was better than any crab cake I've had. The NY Strip was very tender, flavorful beautifully plated. The pancake appetizer also delicious! You can bring your own wine (of course they have wine glasses). Keep in mind this is a learning environment. We were very pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I first spoke with the manager, Glennie, the planning and coordination was easy and pleasant. She was very responsive, flexible and helpful, always working to make sure all of my questions were answered. Glennie was very accommodating with the changes I made along the way to the menu, and also to the special requests I had for certain food items and drinks. She made the planning so easy and fun. The hardest part was selecting the food options from their menu – there were so many wonderful things to choose from! The guests all expressed what a great place it was, and how good the food and drinks were. The venue itself is so warm and cozy, and it was perfect for the 56 guests we had. Glennie and her staff were very attentive, making sure that all of the guests had what they needed. It didn’t seem like “work” to them, as they were so friendly and warm while serving the guests. Many of our guests were never there before, and I do know some of them will return. I would not hesitate to plan another event at Artisan!”

The menu is small, but has all of your favorite bar eats; cheesesteaks, wings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I ordered French onion soup, wings (sweet and sweaty/garlic Parmesan), and the onion mushroom & Swiss burger with garlic Parmesan fries.
The FOS was sweet and savory, the wings were crispy and flavorful, and the burger was juicy and well seasoned.

Tapas were fabulous with the octopus being a true standout. Lamp chops, empanadas,spinach dip, slay! It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. Sangria is not great ( no fruit and pretty much only the ice cubes) the Mojito very well done! Be mindful if you’re taller than 5’5 sitting on the wall because you will hit your head😂 what was bizarre to all of us is the amount of wait staff present with so little attention to the tables. Nobody was doing water service even though numerous employees were literally just standing. Also when putting water glasses on the table please train your employees to not put their fingers in it when putting them on the table. Overall the kitchen gets three thumbs up and would come back for the food for sure. I just wonder if your front line employees could a refresher training class to make a better impression.”

Someone recommended The Taste Smokers and on a rainy Saturday afternoon we stopped in to try the food. To be honest, we didn't expect it to be any better than the others, we were sooo wrong. The food is incredible and we decided at that moment we had to have them cater our party. We spent 2 hours with Q and V planning what we were going to serve and enjoying ther company. We left feeling like family. The party was yesterday. Q arrived on time and the food was hot and ready to serve. Q sliced the Brisket cap fresh and cleaned up the kitchen. The food was incredible and our guests were raving. The ribs were perfect, the Brisket moist and tasty, the wings were a particular hit and the Brisket meatballs wrapped in bacon were fantastic. Pitmaster Q was welcomed with a round of applause from our guests. He waited to make sure everyone was enjoying the food. He genuinely loves what he does and his pride in his food is well deserved. This was hands down the best barbecue we've served and we will have them back again. Plus Q & V are awesome!!!”

I asked for a tiramisu latte, and It was the best latte I ever had. The guy behind the register recommended this dessert for me (said it was his favorite) and I am so glad I listened.
It was a bit chaotic but I think it was bc it was their first time opening this late. That is my personal experience but in my opinion a normal crowd in a cafe wouldn’t bother an average person.

“I don't know why I haven't posted a review before because I've been here umpteen times since I was in college and now I even bring my kids here. Whenever I'm in the area every couple of months I HAVE to get a sandwich here. Everyone that works here is very friendly but efficient. During the week it's always packed especially around the lunch hour but its not so loud that you cant have a conversation. There's extra seating downstairs if the ground floor has no seats. Portions are VERY generous and prices reasonable given the quality of the cuts. BEST DELI. No matter what I get it ALWAYS hits the spot and leaves me looking forward to the next time I'll be in Bethlehem.”

I am a regular customer, and I visited QDOBA Mexican Grill on Valentine’s Day evening. It was truly an incredible experience.
Maria, the Manager, and Kate, the Assistant Manager, made the evening very special for my love 😍 and my family. Their hospitality, warm attitude, and genuine care really stood out. You can clearly see when a team takes pride in what they do, and they absolutely do.
Just look at the picture. The bowls were beautifully presented and loaded with fresh ingredients, vibrant colors, generous portions, and amazing flavors. Everything tasted as good as it looks.
And let me say this honestly, everyone should try QDOBA at least once. I am confident you will forget about Chipotle Mexican Grill after experiencing the difference.

We love the chocolate chip cookies, brownies and most recently their mint chocolate chip ice cream! The place is clean, beautifully decorated and bright. There are tables and chairs to sit and relax in. More importantly however is the staff - they are warm, friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend this amazing dessert shop!”
