He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and approachability, making our dinner feel relaxed and enjoyable. As for the food: absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and clearly made with care. The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right. The sides and appetizers were equally impressive—fresh, well-portioned, and beautifully presented.”

“I have been coming here in Hellertown since it was just a little shop selling healthy, fresh, and delicious fruit drinks and teas. It recently expanded to include tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, and more! The food and drinks are all made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Very nice portion sizes. The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. There is some seating inside and out. They were recently featured in a local food and sing magazine Edible Lehigh Valley! HIGHLY recommend!!”

“I was floored seeing only 92% of people would recommend Mitzi’s. That other 8% can, well, you know. We love Mary, Nikki, and Tasha. They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!”

When the food hadn’t arrived, I doubled checked and realized I had put the incorrect date 🤦🏻♀️ I called and spoke with the manager and even though I’m sure they were busy with Mother’s Day crowds they made our food AND had it delivered in less than an hour. That is PHENOMENAL customer service!!!! And the food was amazing!!!! Thank you, Pats!!!!!! You saved the day!”

We were met by our server Maddy and seated at a large table. The food and service were outstanding. We come from an area filled with Italian restaurants and we were so pleased that we wouldn't hesitate at all to drive back just to eat there again! The portions were large, came out exactly as we ordered them. The prices were excellent also. If you want a great Italian dinner or pizza, I highly recommend this place!”

My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.”

I politely asked for fresh fries and got BANGING fries. Maybe if I had just politely asked instead of leaving bad reviews for cold food in the first place.
Manager was on top of things today. They helped an old lady struggling to make an order fit her budget, that's relatable of her and respectable of them.
Truth is - the people who work here work hard and put up with a lot. In a righteous world they'd all be making a more realistic and respectable wage because whatever theyre getting - it's not enough.

We gave them a call and they said, " thanks for letting us know" so in the garbage it went. I don't really understand how that's possible because everything is fresh. Of course we'll still go but won't be buying anything to bring home again.”

“Walked in on a random Wednesday night alot of locals bellied up to the bar, sat a few tables away from the bar just enjoying the atmosphere and the beers. One of the owners Jordan comes over introduced himself and we hit it off like I was a regular there. He gave me a tour of the brewery, explained the history of the company and told me about the beers and hopwater they have. I recommend give it a try its quite different but refreshing. If you're looking for an at home local brewery feel especially if your an out of towner I can not recommend this place enough.”

Glennie was very accommodating with the changes I made along the way to the menu, and also to the special requests I had for certain food items and drinks. She made the planning so easy and fun. The hardest part was selecting the food options from their menu – there were so many wonderful things to choose from! The guests all expressed what a great place it was, and how good the food and drinks were. The venue itself is so warm and cozy, and it was perfect for the 56 guests we had. Glennie and her staff were very attentive, making sure that all of the guests had what they needed. It didn’t seem like “work” to them, as they were so friendly and warm while serving the guests. Many of our guests were never there before, and I do know some of them will return. I would not hesitate to plan another event at Artisan!”

Tapas were fabulous with the octopus being a true standout. Lamp chops, empanadas,spinach dip, slay! It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. Sangria is not great ( no fruit and pretty much only the ice cubes) the Mojito very well done! Be mindful if you’re taller than 5’5 sitting on the wall because you will hit your head😂 what was bizarre to all of us is the amount of wait staff present with so little attention to the tables. Nobody was doing water service even though numerous employees were literally just standing. Also when putting water glasses on the table please train your employees to not put their fingers in it when putting them on the table. Overall the kitchen gets three thumbs up and would come back for the food for sure. I just wonder if your front line employees could a refresher training class to make a better impression.”

“This deli has clearly been around for a long time, and for good reason. We ordered two sandwiches, two small bags of chips, a potato salad and a pickle. We liked their sandwich selection and they have every flavor of potato chips you can think of. The service was quite friendly and very fast. There were four or five people ahead of us in line when we got there, but I think it took us less than ten minutes to get through the line, get our food and check out.
The dining area was pretty small, with the little round tables that can seat maybe three or four. There were seats available when we were there. Their menu signage is very old, faded and hard to read, but they also have a QR code for their menu prominently posted so you can read it online.”
