The food was amazing as was the service - many guests told us this was one of the best wedding food they’d had! We worked with Sonia Bamra - the owner of the restaurant to plan the meal and its presentation - she was very helpful and flexible with designing the perfect menu choices . I would recommend. Bibi’s Tiffin to anyone planning a small or large meal with Indian food!“

“I was floored seeing only 92% of people would recommend Mitzi’s. That other 8% can, well, you know. We love Mary, Nikki, and Tasha. They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!“

“My review is a little mixed but overall more positive than negative. The atmosphere is great and everything was very comfortable and clean. The waitstaff were amazing and very friendly. My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.“

“Cool new market in Bethlehem! Most of the selection at the shop contains snacks, which is convenient for the youth and the increasing appeal of East Asian goods in the United States. There are interesting selections of tea, candies, ice cream, produce, and vegetarian meat substitutes like tofu, seitan, and bean curd. The staff members were kind, swift at their jobs, and when I went, they were giving out free calendars that are cute and conveniently sized. Also, the prices were very rare for the rapidly expanding south-side of Bethlehem. Most items I saw seemed to be under $10, including what seemed to be the popular Nattō beans for only 99¢.“

Anyway, day, two day old coffee ? Don't want to suffer the burnt re-cook of the stove, or the radiated foaming microwave ? Crack out the old perc from the camping supplies. Do not use the guts, just simply add a few, literally less than my son's handfull, Monocacy Coffee whole beans into the aged coffee, bring to quick boil and viola ! Rice could have been a little fluffier but overall had good flavor. But the crab Rangoon was the worse crab Rangoon I ever had in my life. So I took one star for that. It had a saucy filling that kind of reminded me of coleslaw. I was highly disappointed but everything else was good .. i don’t know if I’ll be back because I love me some crab Rangoon and idk if I can ever order Chinese with out it..“

“Let’s start by saying this was a Saturday night during Christmas season, obviously very busy and we totally get it. We were a party of 4, 3 sharing tapas, 1 ordered a large plate. Tapas were fabulous with the octopus being a true standout. Lamp chops, empanadas,spinach dip, slay! It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. Sangria is not great ( no fruit and pretty much only the ice cubes) the Mojito very well done! Be mindful if you’re taller than 5’5 sitting on the wall because you will hit your head😂 what was bizarre to all of us is the amount of wait staff present with so little attention to the tables. Nobody was doing water service even though numerous employees were literally just standing. Also when putting water glasses on the table please train your employees to not put their fingers in it when putting them on the table. Overall the kitchen gets three thumbs up and would come back for the food for sure. I just wonder if your front line employees could a refresher training class to make a better impression.“
