We worked with Sonia Bamra - the owner of the restaurant to plan the meal and its presentation - she was very helpful and flexible with designing the perfect menu choices . I would recommend. “My review is a little mixed but overall more positive than negative. The atmosphere is great and everything was very comfortable and clean. The waitstaff were amazing and very friendly. My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.“

“We made Fegley's our first stop upon arriving in Bethlehem PA for our Oktoberfest vacation, and it did not disappoint. Our waiter Eli was attentive and helpful throughout our entire visit, and the food was excellent across the board. The beer flight Eli selected for me was spot on, with the cider standing out as our favorite of the bunch. My brisket grilled cheese featured incredibly tender meat, and the crisp thick cut bread held everything together perfectly. The fries were crispy and tasted freshly made. My wife's chicken sandwich came piled with enough chicken for two sandwiches, and she loved it, especially the coleslaw, which had the perfect balance of mayo and spices. It is a very comfortable spot for lunch or dinner, and you can watch the brewing process on display.“

“This is by far one of the best places I’ve found in the Lehigh Valley to get Chinese food. These people are great. The atmosphere is friendly. The establishment is clean. They have a dining area. The food is always consistent. Meaning you won’t get it a different flavor tomorrow then you will today. Highly recommend this establishment eat here now at least 3 to 4 times a month wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have tried many and to no avail a waste of time always end up going back to Ruby Cafe Chinese Food. Eat here you won’t regret it. Nor will you go back to your former Chinese takeout“

“I had a great experience at Lehigh Valley Pizzeria. From the moment my food came out, I could tell they take pride in what they serve. The pizza arrived fresh and absolutely piping hot, just the way brick oven pizza should be. The crust had an amazing crunch on the outside while still being soft and flavorful on the inside, giving every bite the perfect texture.

One thing that really stood out was the quality of the ingredients. They make their own pizza sauce in-house, and you can definitely taste the difference. It has a fresh, rich flavor that pairs perfectly with the cheese and toppings. They also slice their own pepperoni instead of using pre-packaged slices, which gives the pizza an even better taste and texture. Even the pepper flakes deserve a mention because they actually have some real spice to them instead of being bland like you find at a lot of places.

Their menu has a huge variety of options, so whether you're craving a classic pizza, something more creative, or another Italian favorite, there's plenty to choose from. They also have a great selection of drinks, including beers, making it a nice place to relax with friends or family. It's also convenient that they offer beer delivery, which isn't something you see everywhere.

The restaurant itself was clean, including the restroom, which is always something I appreciate. It's obvious they care about both the food and the overall customer experience.

If you're looking for authentic brick oven pizza made with fresh ingredients and attention to detail, Lehigh Valley Pizzeria is definitely worth visiting. Between the homemade sauce, freshly sliced pepperoni, crispy crust, wide menu selection, and excellent drink choices, it's easy to see why people keep coming back. “We love the relaxed feel of this place. We were greeted by the hostess and within 10 minutes we were shown to our seats. Our server was Sahara and it did take a bit for her to come and introduce herself. My wife ordered a pumpkin martini and we both had water. She brought the water and said it would be a moment for the martini. My wife ordered a filet mignon, salad and a baked sweet potato. My wife mentioned that she had a gluten allergy and questioned if the in-house steak sauce or the bearnaise sauce was gluten free. Sahara said she would check and let us know. She never came back. The salad came for my wife but still no server or martini. After my wife finished her salad, a Manger came by to take that dish away and asked if we needed anything. My wife said she never got her martini. Now mind you other tables who ordered after us all got their drinks. Sahara finally came with the drink. We did notice we were her only table in the room that we sat in as she also was in a room with more tables and people. The food came and everything was delicious. The filet was cooked as my wife ordered and I ordered the crab cakes. We were too full for desert.“

“Let’s start by saying this was a Saturday night during Christmas season, obviously very busy and we totally get it. We were a party of 4, 3 sharing tapas, 1 ordered a large plate. Tapas were fabulous with the octopus being a true standout. Lamp chops, empanadas,spinach dip, slay! It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. Sangria is not great ( no fruit and pretty much only the ice cubes) the Mojito very well done! Be mindful if you’re taller than 5’5 sitting on the wall because you will hit your head😂 what was bizarre to all of us is the amount of wait staff present with so little attention to the tables. Nobody was doing water service even though numerous employees were literally just standing. Also when putting water glasses on the table please train your employees to not put their fingers in it when putting them on the table. Overall the kitchen gets three thumbs up and would come back for the food for sure. I just wonder if your front line employees could a refresher training class to make a better impression.“
