“My review is a little mixed but overall more positive than negative. The atmosphere is great and everything was very comfortable and clean. The waitstaff were amazing and very friendly. My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.“

“The original bartender was nice and polite. The i assume regular bartender who showed up later was slightly impersonal. I was asking about tge history of tge place and the first bartender was excited to talk about the history the other not so much. Other than that the wings were good. Now ive been to over a 1000 wing places .I would rate them 8.3 out of ten. They could have fallen off the bone a bit more. Flavor and texture were excellent. They brew their own beer which was awesome. Bonus points on that and being an historical building.
I will definitely return for some authentic German dishes.“

“We were in town for the weekend. Went to dinner Friday night without a reservation but they squeezed us in. The staff, service and food were amazing. We loved it so much we went back for brunch on Sunday before we left town. The host remembered us when we came in, he welcomed us back. The brunch was sensational! We sat in the sunroom during snowfall. It was beautiful and cosy. I wish we lived closer to go again and again. 10/10! Will recommend to anyone heading that way!“

“Hands down ! The best Indian food in Lehigh valley. If you care about authentic test and quality food with clean handling, this is the best place to go to . It’s a small joint but I am never disappointed with anything I order. My whole family loves their Goat Or Chicken Biryani. Just got a tray of goat biryani. They keep the quality same. Believe me , me and my husband both cook and it is very hard for any Indian restaurant to please our taste buds. But always got delicious food at this small joint. Thank you Aparna and chefs.“

There are interesting selections of tea, candies, ice cream, produce, and vegetarian meat substitutes like tofu, seitan, and bean curd. The staff members were kind, swift at their jobs, and when I went, they were giving out free calendars that are cute and conveniently sized. Also, the prices were very rare for the rapidly expanding south-side of Bethlehem. Most items I saw seemed to be under $10, including what seemed to be the popular Nattō beans for only 99¢.“

However, the people working there could smile more and look you in the face when they're talking to you. Not necessarily a bad experience, but good service is primarily about serving people, not just selling things to them. Being from out of town, it wasn't a good look for the place.“
