The fact that they have a separate vegan menu with lots of options made it an easy place to eat. Staff is very friendly. Pizza toppings are generous and the crust is perfect! The vegan house salad has a dressing made with basil and it's a really light, delicious option to go along with a more substantial meal (like a pizza). If this was closer to where I live I would definitely be back!
If you're in the Lehigh Valley area looking for authentic Italian pizza that's not short on taste- highly recommend Ruffino's!! Be sure to ask for the plant-based/vegan menu. Would give it 5 stars if that was allowed on happy cow for non-fully vegan/vegetarian restaurants.

This review is solely about their pizza. Got a plain cheese slice to try them out. Dry, had a hard crust, bland as hell, cheap cheese. I'm not exaggerating when I say it didn't taste any different from a low end frozen pizza at Walmart. Definitely bottom shelf quality. Will never eat here again.
