By far the absolute best Asian food I've had in the Lehigh Valley. The home made dumplings, crispy and light scallion pancakes and the peking duck - to name a few - were all excellent. None better!
*If you're looking for fortune cookies and eggs rolls this may not be the place for you, it's far better quality than those places.

U & TEA is a must-visit for phenomenal Chinese/Asian cuisine with exceptional service. The chicken skewers are aromatic and savory, rated 11/10. The chicken dumpling soup is amazing, and everything is cooked to perfect. Beef and broccoli could use more umami flavor. The restaurant features dishes like Szechuan chili fish, which are well-prepared and authentic, allowing customers to taste every ingredient. With accommodating staff, they cater well to dietary restrictions and are extremely friendly. The restaurant is perfect for groups, with a variety of dishes to share family-style. Explaining unfamiliar dishes, the bill for a party of 6 adults and 1 child was reasonable at around $180, and a meal for 2 dinners and a pot of tea was only $39.00, making it very inexpensive. A fabulous dining experience worth repeating with friends, U & TEA is a place to enjoy attentive service and large portions.
