I’ve been a few times for the all you can eat meal deal and it was very good. The food is excellent, and service is great. This last time I was slightly disappointed as I was brought the check before I was ready to be done however I did leave the broccoli on my plate from the general tsos so it may have been that. Ill be back, the gyoza is especially good
Today was my first time getting food from here. Christmas Day, didn't want leftovers for dinner so decided to place an order for pickup. It's super tiny but OMG the Filet Mignon Hibachi was amazing!!!! When I picked it up the super nice guy behind the counter was telling me about how they make their sauces in house and I have to say it's amazing. A lot of hibachi places the sauce is so strong you can't really taste the vegetables. Not Kyoto! Everything tasted earthy and fresh...read full review
My wife, daughter, and I went for lunch today. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was beyond personable and explained how they do stuff different then other hibachi places. We had hibachi steak and chicken lunch special, chicken tempura roll and spicy salmon roll. We will definitely be back!!

Based on the reviews, Kyoto Sushi & Hibachi Steak House is a great place, especially for sushi lovers. The all you can eat sushi is delicious, fresh, and unique, with huge and amazing rolls. The all you can eat style is great and worth the money. The non-sushi appetizers, like the spicy edamame, are delicious, and the tuna avocado salad alone is worth the price. The service is outstanding, attentive, friendly, and fast. However, on a busy Friday night, the food and service were slow, and there were dirty dishes due to a lack of employees. The lo mein was disappointing, but the sushi was delicious and unique. The restaurant is clean, and the all-you-can-drink canned soda is a nice bonus. For the best experience, guests should pick and eat what they order to avoid extra charges. Overall, Kyoto Sushi & Hibachi Steak House is considered the best sushi in the Lehigh Valley.
