“it's so delicious just about everytime. the manager in charge is great. they are always so friendly to us and our dog. the chili cheese dogs are the best ever. only thing is there was a different girl working last week and they didn't cut the dogs. they don't taste the same when they r not cut. so we were a little disappointed. otherwise perfect Everytime.“

“I have worked at several locations when I lived in NY, Coney Island, Oceanside, Massapequa, and Penn Station. I have Nathan's in my blood growing up downwind in Luna Park, Brooklyn. The hot dog was perfectly cooked, it had that crunch with the skin on it. The onions were perfectly sauteed. The fries had the right flavor and texture, cooked to perfection.Thank you.“

“I'm not saying the food is bad,it's not! However I had a coupon bye two cheese steaks get one free, I asked if one of them could be chicken and was told no😕Did I mention also purchased frys?geez that's an extra 30 or 40 cents 🤷♀️“

“I come in at least once a week. There's always younger people working alone and even when its busy they're very polite and nice. The longest ive had to wait for fresh pretzels is 10 minutes which is no big deal especially since I didnt call ahead or order in advance. Great daily specials. Loveeee me a philly pretzel!“

“I recently visited the Philly Pretzel Factory and had an amazing experience.The staff were friendly and my fresh baked soft pretzel was absolute perfection - warm, soft, and delightfully salty. “One of the better five guys locations I have been to. Staff has been friendly each and every time and have been very accommodating. Food has been exactly as I wanted and expected. I did order fries one time that came in a bag? rather than the usual five guys cup, but maybe it was just a one off experience. Overall good place to get a greasy and amazing burger or cheat meal.“

“I was at a neighboring store and came out and smelled the delicious aroma of Five Guys! Walked in and the friendly manager asked what can I order for you? I knew that I had to have me some hot fries! Perfect to the T!“

“I've eaten here several times and each time it gets better. For the same meal I get at 5 guys, its 5 dollars cheaper at wayback. You get less fries, but I'd rather have less fries for 5 dollars less, because I can't finish a small at 5 guys“

“At first my gf and I were finding a place to drop off our vintage packages and found it interesting that a hotdog place did it. When we came in to do the packages the owners were IMMEDIATELY welcoming. They are very passionate about their job and you can tell by the taste of the food. It was amazing. I’m so glad that we took the time to sit down and eat because we would’ve never met these kind people. It’s only been here for a year from what was revealed by one of the owners and I was surprised. She could’ve lied and told me it had been there for a while and I would’ve believed her. I plan on stopping by and eating often whenever my gf and I need to do our drop offs. This place made it onto my list of favorite spots to eat.“
