Hot fresh and delicious! So happy I went to this Philly Pretzel Factory. We were visiting from out of town and you can tell the facility is clean and pretzels were fresh. We were greeted with kindness and despite my disoriented pregnant brain deciding what to get , the manager was super helpful answering my silly questions. Thanks! If we are ever in Easton again and get a pretzel craving we will be back! :)
No matter how good the pretzels are - it isn't worth the attitude. A mistake was made due to a repeated error message when ordering online. Only to be called and yelled at for 5 minutes due to a missed pickup. That is right YELLED at. Mistakes happen, but customers are what keep you in business. In the end, it was made right by an extra fee. Still don't think I'll be back due to their tone with me, which is a shame.
