Made an online reservation for 6:45, we arrived about an hour earlier to see if we could get in earlier. They sat us immediately, and our server Kristen (who was terrific) explained the menu in great detail offering suggestions. We ordered the Grilled octopus and the olives with feta for an appetizer. Amazing! The grilled octopus the best we've had. For our meals I had the tomahawk pork chop and my wife had the gyro platter. Spectacular! Thank you Meli for the experience and thank you Kristen for the attentive service!!! We will be back!”

What we selected turned out to be delicious. The atmosphere was modern but also very warm and comfortable. All in all it was just a great night out for us. “THE ABSOLUTE BEST GLUTEN FREE CUPCAKES!!! The cupcakes are the most moist I have ever had in my life that were gluten free! I am blown away by the delicious variety of choices there were and how serious everyone at the bakery takes gluten free precautions. It was truly gluten free and I had no reaction to my cupcakes! Hands down THE BEST GF CUPCAKE I HAVE EVER HAD! It tasted like a “normal” cupcake! If I could I’d give this a 10/10 stars!”

We both had the grilled octopus to start and it was divine. Executed perfectly, not overcooked, and the sriracha sauce is just *chef’s kiss*. My entree was the pork chop and there are no words. A+, including the sides. My husband had the 10 oz. filet mignon Oscar style and whipped potatoes. He was very happy & very full (as was I!) Hailey was our main server along with a gentleman whose name escapes me. Both were extremely attentive and nice throughout. Another wonderful experience and will certainly not be our last. Brittany is an outstanding manager to say the least. I also can't say enough about her supporting manager Rachelle, team lead Kat, catering lead Chloe, and let me not forget their long time employee of 19 years Steve. I've had the pleasure of getting to know all of them throughout the years.
Brittany is not only respected and loved by the employees, but her professionalism, work ethics and can do friendly attitude are admired by all who have the opportunity to meet her.
Speaking of the employees, you can certainly tell that they enjoy the work environment. This is evident by the way they welcome the customers and most importantly how they treat each other.

A lot of the decor was flown in from all over and has a story behind it which is shared on a plaque close by adding to the unique vibe. The food is great, drinks were really good! There was Live music playing while we sat in a table top version of the back of a vintage type pick up truck and ate. Such a cool place and really fun time!”

“The ice cream here as an extremely fresh quality. Have I had better ice cream? Maybe, but does it really matter? Absolutely not. This is the FRESHEST ice cream I’ve ever had. By that, I mean it has a very farm-to-table quality to it that totally makes it stand out.

I baked for a year. The pieces in the cookie monsta flavor are very large, broken up pieces of chocolate chip cookies that couldn’t possibly have been made by anything other than an actual human being using an oven. I’ve never had that in ice cream before.

This place has a great atmosphere. It was so cool, Frank Ocean was playing when we walked in. The staff was super nice also - more upbeat than you’d expect at almost 8pm on a Saturday.

“I was born and raised in Easton and frequented Colonial Pizza many times in my youth with my family. I moved from Easton in the early 1980’s and have not been to Colonial Pizza since. Yesterday, we brought our 2 grandsons to Crayon and went to Colonial Pizza for dinner before returning to Central NJ. When I saw the sign outside the building, memories of great times from my childhood began. Going up the steps to the dining room added to my memories. We sat down and ordered the Colonial Pizza pie and the kids had pasta. On my first bite of pizza, it again brought me back to my childhood as the look, taste, smell and texture of the pizza was just as I remembered. It was absolutely delicious. The kids also enjoyed their pasta. Our waitress, Allie, was THE BEST, took care of all our requests and her smile lit up the room. The manager, Mellisa, came by to say hello and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was fantastic and I am so glad we decided to eat at Colonial Pizza and after way too many years of not being there, we will definitely be returning soon and make this a must stop when we have reason to be anywhere close to Easton. Thanks to Allie, Mellisa and all at Colonial Pizza for a wonderful time and meal!!”

“Went here on a Monday night for a couple drinks with a friend. We ordered a steak quesadilla and crispy cod tacos, which were both delicious (our compliments to the kitchen). Our coconut and guava margs were great as well. The server seemed busy, but this did not take away from her attentiveness towards our table, especially considering that we were seated outside.
