“we had dinner last night and enjoyed the best margarita pizza! We enjoy the new ownership's great food at reasonable prices. They also take special requests! Since the mozzarella cheese is a blended whole milk and part skim., being lactose intolerant I always ask for only part skim. Highly recommend!“

“I was born and raised in Easton and frequented Colonial Pizza many times in my youth with my family. I moved from Easton in the early 1980’s and have not been to Colonial Pizza since. Yesterday, we brought our 2 grandsons to Crayon and went to Colonial Pizza for dinner before returning to Central NJ. When I saw the sign outside the building, memories of great times from my childhood began. Going up the steps to the dining room added to my memories. We sat down and ordered the Colonial Pizza pie and the kids had pasta. On my first bite of pizza, it again brought me back to my childhood as the look, taste, smell and texture of the pizza was just as I remembered. It was absolutely delicious. The kids also enjoyed their pasta. Our waitress, Allie, was THE BEST, took care of all our requests and her smile lit up the room. The manager, Mellisa, came by to say hello and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everything was fantastic and I am so glad we decided to eat at Colonial Pizza and after way too many years of not being there, we will definitely be returning soon and make this a must stop when we have reason to be anywhere close to Easton. Thanks to Allie, Mellisa and all at Colonial Pizza for a wonderful time and meal!!“

“I've been trying to find a good pizza place for several years now. Amore is the best one so far. Good service. Great tasting pizza but just a few small things. The crust is nice & thin which I love. I hate thick, doughy crust. However, it is very floppy and it would be perfect if it was crispy. As far as salads, I do wish they would use romaine or arugula instead of iceberg lettuce which I am definitely not a fan of so I wind up making my own salad as a side. Since I am from Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. : ) There's a difference in calzones and rolls prepared here. Calzones should have ricotta in them and whatever else one likes to add. I also wish they had a bigger selection of 'rolls'. Broccoli rolls and Spinach rolls(with ricotta and mozz) But otherwise, very good.“

“I 100% recommend this place ! BEST ITALIAN FOOD!!! Everything is cooked fresh. Portions are great for the price you pay! I love the dinner options they have such as chicken parm and chicken and broccoli with garlic and oil. The pizza is also delicious!! My favorite pizza to order is the Grandma pizza! I also love that they offer healthy salad options like the grilled chicken salad. The soups are phenomenal and homemade. My favorites are the chicken noodle and Pepper Pot.!!“

Ever since my fave pizza place closed during Covid, I've been searching for a place with great Sicilian pie.
I stopped by and liked it.
The sauce to dough ratio is good. The mid dough is tender. Under crust is just right. Sauce is not like my Nona but good.
Nice waitress, same interior.“

I had the steak calzone with onions and recommend ordering it, however the personal pan size portion was so large that I only ate half and took the other half to go.
