“We dined at Oak last night for our anniversary. Not our first time by far, but this was where I wanted to return. As always, the food and service were excellent! We both had the grilled octopus to start and it was divine. Executed perfectly, not overcooked, and the sriracha sauce is just *chef’s kiss*. My entree was the pork chop and there are no words. A+, including the sides. My husband had the 10 oz. filet mignon Oscar style and whipped potatoes. He was very happy & very full (as was I!) Hailey was our main server along with a gentleman whose name escapes me. Both were extremely attentive and nice throughout. Another wonderful experience and will certainly not be our last. Thank you all!“

“We went to local shopping area and ate at this longhorn for the first time. The wild west shrimp was amazing had to ask for ranch my daughters food came out with the app. I got a side Ceasar salad my mom noticed we haven't got our salads after 30mins of ordering. The sever brought out salad and the 6top next to us got their food well before we did and we sat down before them. My mom was annoyed I called it our server pocket the check after telling us the kitchen was backed up, I get it. My mom expressed again she was not happy and a manager came over and treated us very well for the inconvenience 10% off the bill and lava cake we took home. Lava cake didn't have ice cream on the side. As a person who worked at longhorn for a bit I was happy the steak and fries weren't overly seasoned the restaurant itself was a decent size compared to others overall I would go again the small mistaken didn't take away for the overall greatness of the food!“

“went there for my father's birthday. my total bill was $223.01. gave the waitress $225.01 left a $48 00 tip on the table. received $2.00 change. I was not thinking and forgot I had also gave her a $50.00 gift card. waitress told Manger we gave her $175.01 and husband counted it out. my husband never counted the money with her.. we had $300 when we went there i came back home with $75.00. i can't prove it it is my word against hers. so sad.“

“Great food and generous portions. Easy to over order not expecting the portions to be so large. But everything was cooked properly and delicious. Service was very good initally with several servers taking care of our needs. But by the end of the meal and waiting for a dessert menu, our server seemed to have forgotten us and after about 20-25 minutes of waiting I asked another server for help and was promptly taken care of afterward. Our main server did aplogize. It seemed that with so many servers handling each meal, it's easy to get mixed up with the result that the main server is thinking that a diner's needs are being addressed by someone else when they are not. Clearly it should be a main server with one assistant but throughout the course of our meal I had the main server, at least 2 assistants, and a floor manager I asked for help when we were forgotten.“
