“The food, service and atmosphere met the standards of my family. Although we did not have an appointment, we were quickly seated and quickly attended by our great host Bernardo! He gave great service and spoke both English and Spanish for my family. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone! The food came quickly and tasted great. The baked mash potato was my favorite of the night. Overall great experience, would recommend!“

“Drove from Cleveland to a meeting in NYC, specifically had a layover in New Brunswick, just to have dinner. This was my second trip for dinner in two months and it exceeded all expectations, the holiday decor transformed the second floor. The service (Regan) was on point, pleasant, and efficient without being overbearing. The meal was the single greatest pasta dish I have had in the U.S. (wild boar ravioli) Already making plans to return, if you are within a day's drive, you really have no excuse not to enjoy a meal with them. “My hubs & I went here b/c I bought a Groupon for it. I was dismayed by 2 of the 3 reviews I read online; however, we were pleasntly surprized. Nice atmosphere, not noisy, attentive service. We both got meat since it was a steakhouse. Hubs got filet mignon; I got rib steak. Tasty and presented nicely. White tablecloths cinched a pleasant nite out. only 4 stars b/c I thought it was a bit expensive if we did not have the groupon.... I think we might return....“

“I had a party of 10, for dinner and our server was Dawn. She was excellent in ever aspect! She was friendly, helpful and all of our food came out perfect and at the same time!! She was very attentive. No one had any complaints and nothing had to go back to be fixed etc. I also appreciate that the manager had a set up for 10. All of the food was great!“

“UPDATE 2024: Still the best of the chain restaurants. Recent dinner for my dad's birthday 10/26. 5pm Saturday and the place was packed. We were worried that the service might not be great since they were so busy, but our server was fantastic. She delivered iced cold beers that didn't sit around on the bar for 10 minutes and she kept our drinks filled. Steaks cooked exactly as ordered and she checked on us several times to make sure we were happy with our meals. She even lit a candle for the birthday dessert. Perhaps more chains could take a page out of their training manual at Longhorn. They always hit the mark.
