Recent Banquet - very disappointed in lack of service. Tables over crowded - 10 at table, so full thought food was going to fall off. Servers did not clear first item of butter plate and bread baskets off table whole night. Never ask if everything ok with dinner, did not refill water, coffee or tea. Had to go to bar to get water. The steak from Blue was one of the best I have had. Our server was on point and made our visit perfect. I can not recommend enough.
