I just happened to drive by the restaurant during dinner hour and noticed that the parking lot was filled, as compared to years ago. As a result, my interest was peeked and decided to Google them. Studied the online menu and decided to give them a try. Turns out we have a little Italian gem here in the Lehigh Valley. We have eaten at this warm, cozy restaurant three times in the last month. There are “Italian” restaurants and then there are ITALIAN restaurants.
Elpedio’s is the latter. Not a Pizzaria, fine Italian menu. Friendly, caring staff.
