I run a surgery center and have picked up pretzels on several occasions; they've been awful since ownership has changed. Yesterday, I picked up two trays, which were fine, but then I ordered ten regular-size pretzels to-go, and they were horrible. I gave them to the deer in our backyard!

The pretzels I purchased were STALE. Hard as a rock. I bought a bucket for a small gathering and it was embarrassing how to realize how hard the pretzels were. The people who work here are always so rude and unfriendly. They don't use words to communicate just head nods and when they do speak its a mumble. I've held off on writing a review in hopes it was a one time thing, but it has been three separate times now and I just won't be returning here.

Hours of operation are limited. When door is opened in morning, pretzel baking is just underway causing a 20 minute wait.

I recently visited the Philly Pretzel Factory and had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and my fresh baked soft pretzel was absolute perfection - warm, soft, and delightfully salty. Everything tasted so fresh. This place has a great atmosphere and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. I highly recommend stopping by.

I visit all the Philly Pretzels in our are as I take them into customers and this was by far the worst. Store was empty, asked if rivets were fresh, they were not. No squeeze bottle mustards and no lid for my rivet bucket, needless to say, after I tried a pretzel and realized they were terrible, I couldn’t even think about taking them into a customer. Will drive to another Philly pretzel before I go back here.

Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing and definitely doesn’t know how to run a business.. Stop letting these people ruin American businesses

Today I was sold 10 pretzels half of which had their bottoms torn off. I’m not sure if they stuck to the pan or what but was horrified that they were still sold to a customer. They were also dry. I never had bad pretzels or poor quality from the previous Easton location or from any other Philly pretzel location. As a Philadelphia native, I know what a Philly pretzel looks and tastes like. The Philly Pretzel Factory, although a chain , has always maintained that standard and could immediately be identified as authentic. I’m completely disappointed in the product I got today.

Hot fresh and delicious! So happy I went to this Philly Pretzel Factory. We were visiting from out of town and you can tell the facility is clean and pretzels were fresh. We were greeted with kindness and despite my disoriented pregnant brain deciding what to get , the manager was super helpful answering my silly questions. Thanks! If we are ever in Easton again and get a pretzel craving we will be back! :)
