I come in at least once a week. There's always younger people working alone and even when its busy they're very polite and nice. The longest ive had to wait for fresh pretzels is 10 minutes which is no big deal especially since I didnt call ahead or order in advance. Great daily specials. Loveeee me a philly pretzel!
