Terrible service went today young lady who took my order was very careless didn’t even care to read the receipt to get my order correctly was to busy chatting . Gave me a completely wrong drink but insisted that it was correct. left and had to drive back . Told my wife about it & said the same thing happen to her same location a few days prior won’t be going back
This particular location has such friendly staff that they’re already making my drink when I walk in the door! They’re also cheaper than some locations and now I feel like I was overcharged at other Dunkin’ Donuts so I will always continue to go here.

So I am not coming back to this Dunkin, because the first picture (caramel chocolate cold brew) is what I wanted, as an iced coffee. But instead, I got the 2nd picture. Not only that, the 2nd pic was the second attempt!! That was a waste of $4.
