“The coffee was pretty good. I have been driving past this place for a year and always wanted to try it but never did. And I wondered what the "pokie" meant-- coffee and slot machines. They even have a slot machine on the logo but honestly I always thought it looked like a robot at a quick glance. Haha. Anyway, it's nice and clean inside. Employees were super sweet. Good coffee, and the cookie I had didn't taste homemade (was still good), but the price was $2.05 for a cookie and a 12 oz coffee so...I'm not complaining. Would come back for another cup of coffee if I needed one.“

“I always have a good experience when I go to the Whitehall Starbucks on MacArthur Road in Pennsylvania. All of the Baristas that I have interacted with on the many occasions that I have visited there were always kind and considerate and made my orders to perfection. Plus, the establishment is always very clean and so are the bathrooms, at this Starbucks.“

“went there yesterday and I got a medium sized shamrock shake and a small thing of french ? everything was great. The place was very clean and the employees were super friendly. Also they were all quick too, I only waited about 2 seconds in line and that was it. You can say I'm 100% satisfied and I'm going back again.“
“This particular location has such friendly staff that they’re already making my drink when I walk in the door! They’re also cheaper than some locations and now I feel like I was overcharged at other Dunkin’ Donuts so I will always continue to go here.“
“I never usually go to Starbucks due to prices, I'm more of a dunkin fan. But I was at the mall with my daughter in need of caffeine, we are both lactose intolerant, and I had no idea what to even try. The manager David happened to be there and he helped us out. Such a wealth of knowledge and such a positive attitude, I've never had such an amazing customer service encounter. I was also concerned about a toddler being in a line and wow that line moved fast. They really had their stuff together. I'd go back for the people. It's rare to see someone passionate like that. Kudos!“
“Order Hot Joe coffee on Thursday for a Saturday pick up. The server was fantastic! He got the form and took my order. I was able to pay for my order with my Dunkin App. On Saturday, just gave my name and receipt and order was pipping hot and ready! This was the 2nd time I ordered ahead! All the SERVERS are kind and smart! They are the BEST LOCAL DUNKIN“
“Came here for the first time on a hot date with my wife . She got a Chai Latte and I got a Pour Over Guatemalan brewed 12oz coffee. Prices are adorable as well. Place is legit. Vibes are cool, music is good and the coffee was phenomenal. Wife says the chai latte was good as well. Only thing I can say is, parking is extremely difficult on a Saturday afternoon (as it should be near the mall), I can see it being better on like a Tuesday morning or so. Definitely recommend.“
