“The experience overall was amazing. Friendly staff and the service is great. Spoke to the owner and got some places to visit for my upcoming Hawaii trip. Couldn’t decide what to get so I picked two of everything on the menu and we were not disappointed. Also tried the Jays Punch and Kona Coffee. Definitely recommend this place.“

“Stopped by on the way. They had a lot of coffee options and plenty of outlets for working remote which is great however it was a bit loud to be able to actually have meetings/talk from the cafe. I had a rose latte and expected it to be a bit more colorful, but it was okay.“

“We ordered the blueberry, apple, vanilla sprinkle, maple bacon doughnuts, and a cold brew iced coffee. The doughnuts were delicious! However, the coffee tasted like watered down, day old coffee. I love that the emphasis was placed on the doughnuts. However, I feel that some attention to decor would help to make this location more inviting. Also, the doughnut machine was filthy.“

“They did a great job with my order. This place has really gotten better with their customer service and making sure your order is correct the first time you order it. I usually go through here once in a blue moon, but now that their staff is doing such a good job, I will be frequently stopping for my coffee and matcha tea.

I come here almost every other day all the way from Whitehall and I can tell you with my whole heart the coffee tastes way fresher and cleaner than the dunkin in Whitehall. The staff is also super friendly and hardworking everytime I come in and if they’re busy they keep up a positive attitude and make sure customers are being taken care of.“

“The owner is obnoxious and rude to employees (especially people of color) openly on top of him supposedly having little to no background in food despite still insisting he alone come up with the cafe's bland recipes himself. Employees themselves are very pleasant. From the utterly bare bones and uninspired interior decor which hardly makes anyone want to sit in and eat, making it a poor cafe on a basic level, to the straight forward, visually boring menus and equally dull tasting food, I'd hesitate to recommend any Zekraft location or their food to anyone, let alone this one. Consider looking elsewhere for a good cafe.“

“To say the least the 5 stars are for the staff and not the establishment its self, the staff were absolutely amazing under so much pressure of a waiting line. I got cash back during my transaction hoping to leave these hard workers a tip, the person taking my order informed me while they were thankful for my offer of leaving a tip that they were not allowed to accept them. I think this is unacceptable and giant or starbucks should absolutely do better and for that alone I would give zero stars. Thank you for your hard work today I couldn't imagine working in the food service industry“

“We've been regulars since we moved here 10 years ago. If you arrive at prime time or on the wekends in the AM, there will be a wait. GET OVER IT! During the covid period when there was a labor shortage, the employees busied their butts. Good food and friendly service. When I received the wrong breakfast wrap, I called them and was told to remind them & I'll get a free wrap. I got a free wrap the next day. No problem! Also, love the senior discount.“

“A DIFFERENT DUNKIN made 2 sandwiches wrong and made my iced coffee with tea. I was on my way to airport road. Went into THIS Dunkin on airport road and they KNEW it wasn't their cup but fixed it for me anyway. (I didn't try to trick them I just said another Dunkin made this with tea. They said yeahhh that's not our cup)That man fixed my whole day and attitude. Thank you thank you thank you! I TRULY appreciate your kindness, you did not have to do that. “When I called to inquire about pistachio croissants. I was told they only had one left. When the staff member could tell I was disappointed she offered to have fresh ones made in 30 mins. When we arrived to pick them up they were fresh out of the oven and amazing!!! I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for what we wanted.“
