It was busy because I hit rush, but friendly and fast!
Located on the east side of Promenade Saucon Valley shops. Always busy each time we visit but drinks come out quickly and correctly.
Tidy, orderly coffee shop. Ordering a latte on the app made for a smooth and efficient experience that is great for service but sacrifices the pleasant awkwardness of human interactions.
The seating is limited but sufficient for the majority of pick up and go patrons. Space-time won't allow for it, but this location would be quite the spot if it doubled in size. Maybe an adjacent property runs out its lease and this SB expands... Well, anyway.
The prices are what they are.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a generally pleasant experience with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The location is conveniently situated in the center of a shopping center with nearby shops and restaurants, making it a good stopping point. The staff is often friendly and helpful, with some employees providing great suggestions and excellent service that can brighten a customer's day. Many customers appreciate the quick and smooth service when ordering via mobile, and some have received warm greetings and thank-yous from the team. Regular visitors enjoy the welcoming environment and the quality of drinks like the caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel, prepared by attentive baristas. However, there are some issues noted, such as orders sitting unattended, wrong items being given, and the lack of clear order announcements, which can cause confusion and frustration. Despite these minor concerns, the overall experience is positive, especially for those looking for good service and a nice place to relax or walk around nearby.
