The average wait for one coffee this past Sunday was 1 hour. No apology. Tons of mobile orders just sitting there because people gave up on waiting.
This Starbucks is usually pretty great, but this morning I had this floating in my iced tea! Thank god I did not take a sip yet, but I have NO idea what it was. I did not notice until I got back to my office, so I had to drive all the way back to get it taken care of. The employees were really nice and remade my drink, but very annoying that I needed to take time out of my busy workday to go back 🤬
