Drive-thru only accepts cash & app as methods of payment, not debit or credit cards. Amount of hashbrowns was less than desirable as they were well below the top of the bag and less than warm. Coffee & donuts were fine.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel. We had a small issue with one of the other employees and she went out of her way to make it right. To see this level of customer service and professionalism in someone so young is impressive. Thanks Rachel!
Love this Dunkin! Always have the PERFECT coffee/drinks everytime! The ladies at the window are always nice and have great customer service. We try to visit this Dunkin every time we are in the area.
