We were on our way back to Philly after driving for a couple hours, we decided to look for a coffee shop near us. We found Baristi Coffee Roasters in Allentown . The minute we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the owner. The coffee was absolutely authentic, the pastries were homemade and probably some of the best I’ve had. If your in or near Allentown do yourself a favor and stop into Baristi.
A Total Gem of a Fine! To an uninformed passerby, this cafe can be easily missed. Once inside, you'd be blown away by the smell of freshly brewed Colombian coffee (roasted on the premise) and the smell of freshly baked pastries. The vibe is cozy and friendly . My daughter and I tried the bunuelo, a lightly sweet and golden brown cheese filled bun. Both coffee and buns were delicious! The girls that work there are cute also, just saying, a little eye candy... The owner is great, very friendlyand has great products, coffee and food! Nice job!
