“We ordered the blueberry, apple, vanilla sprinkle, maple bacon doughnuts, and a cold brew iced coffee. The doughnuts were delicious! However, the coffee tasted like watered down, day old coffee. I love that the emphasis was placed on the doughnuts. However, I feel that some attention to decor would help to make this location more inviting. Also, the doughnut machine was filthy.“

I've conducted interviews here too because the atmosphere is very inviting and warm. Even just sitting there to relax is nice.
A few staff members are always outstanding and helpful to any questions or requests I may ask. One that stands out to me is Jio. He always writes very sweet notes to my friend and I when we come on in.

“Stumbled across this gem after a trip to Renningers market. We got the half wrap/soup combo with the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken corn chowder. The Chicken corn chowder is to DIE for! They offer homemade baked goods and healthier options which is always a plus for me. Prices can’t be beat. Our new breakfast/lunch go-to for sure.“

“I go there quite often, whether it's on my way to school, gym, or wherever. Most Dunkin's are good, but this location is great. They always make my food and drink within 5 minutes or less, and if they are busy, they always apologize for the wait and are super polite. They always get my order perfect with my drink tasting the absolute best. Not to mention they have amazing customer service, the employees behind the counter are always super super kind and it's always such a joyful environment to be in whenever I walk into this Dunkin. 10/10 for me!“

“They basically know me by what I order because I'm there every day, hahaha! The employees are always so incredible in so many ways, and they never fail to brighten up my day with their kindness and the fact that they ask me how I am and make small talk with me. I'd choose this Starbucks any day over any other location anywhere not only because of the yummy coffee, but mainly because of the people that I get to see there every day. :)“

“I like my local Dunkin. Not all Dunkins are the same. Mine on Hamilton is one of the best. Although I alternate sometimes with WaWa you can’t beat ordering coffee on your DD app and having it ready for you when you walk in PLUS you get extra rewards points on Thursday’s for Flyers and 76ers game days. So your next free bev comes quicker! This is not a paid endorsement. I just like DD coffe, the app and my DD on Hamilton next to TX Roadhouse.“

“We've been regulars since we moved here 10 years ago. If you arrive at prime time or on the wekends in the AM, there will be a wait. GET OVER IT! During the covid period when there was a labor shortage, the employees busied their butts. Good food and friendly service. When I received the wrong breakfast wrap, I called them and was told to remind them & I'll get a free wrap. I got a free wrap the next day. No problem! Also, love the senior discount.“

“One of my favorite all time chain donuts is the maple stuffed donut from Timmy Ho's. I have had...a lot...I mean a lot of donuts in my life and this is firmly like top 3 from a chain. When I found out that I could grab some while watching some hockey at the PPL center it was an absolute game changer for me. I eventually found out that (especially in the morning call club) the PPL center has some other very good food too, but I always come back to Timmy for my fix. I can't say much for the ambiance here because I have never actually used the outside door and come during normal hours. I have had stuff here 4 times now and each time was during a hockey game so naturally the lines are long and they're running around like crazy in the back. They are definitely at least still friendly while trying to keep up with the masses.“

“When I called to inquire about pistachio croissants. I was told they only had one left. When the staff member could tell I was disappointed she offered to have fresh ones made in 30 mins. When we arrived to pick them up they were fresh out of the oven and amazing!!! I was blown away by their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile for what we wanted.“
