bright, spacious store, nice staff.Store was almost empty as we waited and waited for our two breakfast sandwiches. They nicely gave us a free donut for waiting, but ... finally got them, went out to the car, and discovered we didn't get what we ordered but rather identical very sad and rumpled (!) lukewarm (!) croissant sandwiches! We were hungry and didn't want to go back for another 15 minutes, so ate them anyway. hope we don't get sick. :-(
Everytime I come here they hand me my donut in a tiny sleeve (the one that is clearly meant for bread or bacon). Because of this, the donut is impossible to get out, creates a HUGE mess, the icing sticks to the sleeve, no napkins, etc. by the time the donut comes out of the sleeve there is no icing left! (see photo). Giving this to people in the drive through to save a buck on actual bags is dangerous. I have to rip the sleeve thing apart when I’m driving and icing gets everywhere....read full review

This Dunkin is great, never had a problem with it, still don't have any problems but I gotta complain about dunkins thought process about the Boston cream donut during February. I never have expectations for anything yet I'm still disappointed by the heart shape donut I got. The heart shape of the donut causes there to be like 20% less of the donut for me to enjoy. Like, you can't tell me that there is the same amount of donut as a normal circular one. I'm definitely getting less...read full review
