The Orchid Steakhouse offers an outstanding customer service, as noted by a host's accommodating attitude towards changed reservations and the bar staff's recommendation of delightful drinks. The atmosphere is described as chic and elegant, with a nice ambiance. The Japanese Wagyu steak, while being a certified and famous delicacy, had too much fat for some tastes, but the lamb chops were charred to perfection. The scallops were crispy on the outside and soft inside, while the wagyu steak tartare was good but better suited to be paired with toasted bread instead of mini pancakes. The cream of spinach had a crispy layer and was creamy with delightful flavors. The brunch experience, including the martini espresso flights and the DJ's Miami vibe, was phenomenal. Overall, it is a great dining experience, suitable for various occasions and age groups.
