The star of the evening, however, was our server Tony—friendly, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. He struck the perfect balance of professionalism and approachability, making our dinner feel relaxed and enjoyable. As for the food: absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and clearly made with care. The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right. The sides and appetizers were equally impressive—fresh, well-portioned, and beautifully presented.“

“We found this restaurant online and we were coming to Bethlehem from Wayne, NJ. We made a reservation for 4 on Sunday at 3pm and arrived on time! We were met by our server Maddy and seated at a large table. The food and service were outstanding. We come from an area filled with Italian restaurants and we were so pleased that we wouldn't hesitate at all to drive back just to eat there again! The portions were large, came out exactly as we ordered them. The prices were excellent also. If you want a great Italian dinner or pizza, I highly recommend this place!“

We loved the quality ingredients. The crust and sauce set the stage for a very tasty bite. Crust was baked perfectly. It had great texture, flavor and the right chew factor. The delivery person was wonderful too. Bellas has been and will continue to be our go to for incredible pizza.“

“Now coming from NYC we appreciate a nice slice of pizza. You can see I lifted the slice up and all the cheese stayed together with the dough, this my friends is properly cooked and proper ratio between cheese and sauce.

“Gluten Free pizza is out of this world!!!! The absolute best GF pizza I’ve ever had. I have been gluten free for years and continuously search for a GF pizza that doesn’t taste like cardboard. Well, I certainly found it here! Their GF pizza is light, fluffy, and toppings were the perfect amount. My Fiancée had regular pie of Buffalo Chicken Pizza and he too said it was the best pizza he has ever had! We will be back again! “I recently visited my daughter at Lehigh and we stopped into Anna's for dinner. It was our first time dining there and it certainly won't be our last! 😋🍝. The meatballs and breadsticks are amazing, the heaping plate of linguini in clam sauce was delicious and my daughter practically licked the plate of stuffed shells with alfredo. I got the tiramisu to go and it was honestly the best I've ever had! Anna not only cared about the quality of her food and service, but she also cared about my daughter who needed a fair share of hugs after finishing midterms. “Best pizza and food in town.“

“I like their hoagies and customer service, but the portions of meat and sometimes the quality of the bread are my main issues.

A primo-sized cheesesteak costs around $16 after tax, but they only give you a small portion of steak on your sandwich: you bite into more bread than meat (as shown in the photo). I think the amount of meat they provide in relation to the price is not worth it. The cheesesteak does taste good though, and other sandwiches like the Sharp Italian do have good amounts of meat.

With the bread, it can be stale and very chewy. The quality of the bread distracts from the hoagie’s taste. I’ve noticed if you order near opening, the bread is softer, but mid-afternoon is when I taste the staleness. The quality can be inconsistent.

Despite these concerns, the dining room always remains very clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. My only critiques would be the generosity with ingredients and the freshness of bread, especially given the cost.“
