I had take out from Kumo last night and can say this was the best Japanese cuisine I’ve had, and that is comparing my take out meal to any sit down.I got the beef box that came with several items all neatly prepared and absolutely delicious. The tempura was crispy with no sogginess. The Shumai was bursting with flavor. The beef was oh so tender and went great with the onions. The California roll was as good as they can be. Would give it a 5 for quality and taste. Grub Hub and Door Dash are a pita, as they are expensive on top of what you are already paying. Wish they had their own delivery. And just as a suggestion, it would be great if they marked what you ordered so you don't have to decipher it from the menu when you go to eat it. Otherwise, a great place for sushi.

One of the best sushi places in the Lehigh Valley. Still haven't gone back to dine-in (fine with me) but their takeout is well organized and packaged. The fish is always very fresh and their menu is pretty large.
