Edge Restaurant Reviews
I mean they are fundraising money for cops 😂😂 I think that should say enough.
We had a great time at Edge! Incredible drinks made by Adam and enjoyed the banter with Adam and Devin (the other bartender). My husband and I were out for a date night, we had dinner first there and then moved to the bar for a nightcap. We had so much fun and appreciated the conversations. Highly recommend Edge! The creamy expresso martini is unbelievable!

Edge Restaurant in Bethlehem offers a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience with a focus on quality food and friendly service. Located in the historic district, it’s a popular choice for visitors and locals alike. The restaurant features a diverse menu with interesting options, including gluten-free dishes and vegetarian choices. Guests praise the delicious food, highlighting the lump crab cakes, which are considered some of the best around, as well as the Sweet Pea Basil risotto and stuffed chicken. Appetizers like hearts of romaine (caesar salad) and spicy chicken lettuce wraps are well-loved, and the dessert selection, including the gluten-free hummingbird cake, is highly recommended.
The drinks menu includes refreshing cocktails such as the Blueberry Honey Fizz and Cucumber Mint Gimlet, expertly prepared by attentive bartenders. Service is frequently described as top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor patio, which was cleaned and prepared upon arrival, adds to the inviting setting. Although the food is praised for its taste and quality, some minor critiques include the wasabi napa slaw and potato gratin not being as fresh or well-cooked as expected. Prices are considered somewhat high, and the space can be noisy due to limited noise dampening. Overall, Edge Restaurant is highly recommended for a tasty, comfortable meal in Bethlehem, especially for those looking to enjoy good food and a welcoming atmosphere.
