After ordering, I had to drive back to the place from south side to get the 10 piece they forgot to put in my bag. By the time I came home, my food was cold. My 1st bad experience and hopefully will be my last.
Had to be fair and update my review.
I politely asked for fresh fries and got BANGING fries. Maybe if I had just politely asked instead of leaving bad reviews for cold food in the first place.
Manager was on top of things today. They helped an old lady struggling to make an order fit her budget, that's relatable of her and respectable of them.
