If you are suddenly requiring drive thru customers to wear a mask, even though your employees are behind multiple layers of plexiglass, maybe invest in a card reader that allows a person to push their own credit card in, like other chains! It makes NO SENSE to require a person, in their vehicle, to wear a mask, and then expect them to hand over their credit card for your employee to handle. 20 minutes to get our food, 6 people behind us got theirs. "waiting on tenders" is what they told us. What, they think I'm deaf ? Two of the people behind us got their tenders. While waiting noticed that it didn't look so clean. When we got home our dog who always shares my food didn't want any of the chicken. HE DIDN'T WANT CHICKEN, made me worry about all the food. Now I feel sick.
