What a gem! My little vegan family and I enjoyed an amazing lunch together there today while traveling through the Bethlehem area. The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The energy there felt like being joyfully welcomed to a table in his home and served the most delicious plant-based food with the care that a family member would offer. Everything about this place is great. I just wish that we lived closer!
We had an AWESOME meal last night from Gyro Concept. Highly recommend and you get a ton of food for the price! The desserts are divine too.. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 ⭐️.

Based on the reviews, Gyro Concept Bethlehem is a hidden gem with authentic Greek recipes. The food is abundant, delicious, and fresh. The gyros are prepared perfectly with fresh meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and excellent tzatziki sauce. The spicy feta spread is excellent and a must try. The mix grill is priced right for two people. There is a great assortment of menu items, including options for kids and vegan customers. The staff is friendly and greets customers with a smile. The restaurant has a great location and vibe. Some customers wish they had delivery. A small issue was noted with a very hard bun on the gyro burger, but the meat and gyros are so yummy.
