The vodka sauce is top notch the staff is very friendly and attentive but most of all the Crème Brûlée was heavenly delicious. My filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the Demi Glaze was awesome as well.
The wings were delicious and the outdoor seating is so peaceful.

Spring Valley Tavern is a historic and cozy restaurant in a building from 1809. It features a nice bar, two dining areas, and beautiful outside gardens with a large screened-in porch. The food is awesome, very good, and delicious, with terrific options like fresh trout, huge sandwiches, homemade-tasting pierogies, and decadent desserts. The service is excellent, terrific, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere is calming, beautiful, and extremely cute. It is a great place well worth a visit, though there is currently a transition to new ownership.
