“This is one of my favorite take out places though you can eat in at a table for 1 or 2. Everything I've ever ordered here has been incredible. Chicken of course and their side of pasta salad bean and rice are the usual order. But last time I stopped in I also got sweet plantains and a side of okra that was amazing. “We love Chick Fil A, but this particular location is the best. No matter how busy it is, the experience is ALWAYS friendly, fast and efficient. I remember being hesitant going during the trunk or treat because the place was absolutely packed. Pleasantly surprised, they run a tight ship there and we were in an out fast, employees were helpful and food was all correct. The restaurant is always clean, which is not always the case for fast food restaurants in general. I especially appreciate the events and family nights they put together. Honestly, they should give customer service lessons to other businesses and restaurants!“
“OMG my husband and I didn't know this place was here. It is so needed in this part of Northampton! The chicken is really good. Mash with gravy, mac n cheese, jambalaya... yesss. My husband says they're better than Popeyes & KFC. The older gentleman behind the counter was so nice too. I can't believe this is coming out of a gas station!“
“We visited this Chic Fil A location for the first time and we loved it. The food was great but really the star of the show was Caleb. He was so sweet, caring and inviting. He is truly a pleasure and we left with a smile on our faces. We will definitely be visiting again and will be looking for Caleb!!!“
