“Casa Del Mofongo is a Dominican restaurant that specializes in Latin cuisine. This restaurant can be found on Main St. in Bethlehem. For those of you who don't know, Mofongo is made with fried green plantains mashed together with chicharrones (crispy pork skin) and fresh garlic.I ordered Chicken Empanadas and Roasted Pork Mofongo. The Empanadas were some of the best I've ever had, and even though I'm not a huge fan of plantains, the Mofongo was enjoyable. It was moist and seasoned very well. Our waitress was nice and the owner Michael was super welcoming.Pickup and delivery are both available.Chicken Empanadas - 8.2White Rice & Red Bean Stew - 8.1Roasted Pork Mofongo - 7.9Food - 8.1Service - 8.3Value - 8.2Restaurant score - 82“
“I moved from NY to PA two years ago and have been looking for real good Spanish food in Bethlehem, my search is over Williams Spanish food has everything I love food is great staff is courteous and professional, I would recommend Williams Spanish to anyone looking for authentic Spanish cuisine.“
“They are trying to do French and Mexican food together, it’s working but not very well ? food was well made but not tasty, they were out of the 2 wines my wife picked. The good think is they have Chilean wines and Spanish wines, you can’t find that in most places.“
“For the atmosphere and friendliness of staff this place gets a 5 star! As a PRrican I find the staple rice with pigeon peas could be better. I love their chicken soup and pernil. We also had the sorillos and also felt they could be better. But will definitely return, such a fun place to chat and hang with a small group.“
“The strawberry lemonade was delicious tasted fresh , all the food actually tasted fresh we ordered 5 dishes and everyone was food and flavorful . Definitely recommend and they brought everything out within 15 minutes of orderingKid-friendliness: They let my son substitute chicken tenders for sliced grilled chicken with rice and beans but it wasn’t on the menu“

“(Translated by Google) I would say that after having lunch at my house, here is the alternative of good Dominican cuisine. Kina seasoning, flavor and freshness leaves all the restaurants in this area far below.(Original)Diría que despues de la comida de mi casa, aquí está la alternativa de la buena cocina Dominicana. “It was my birthday and I had to go to Allentown for business reasons so I didn't have many known options for what I wanted in the area because the restaurants I like the most in Allentown and Bethlehem I have already been to several times and they don't make mofongo. I found this place and since I got there the girl who served us was super friendly and attentive. We ordered an octopus salad to start and it was divine. Then we ordered a mofongo in sauce with shrimp that was finger-licking good and my mom ordered a sancocho with rice with seafood that wasn't even a bit left over lol… The portions are quite large and I personally had enough for two dinners, super delicious. The staff sang my birthday and everyone was super friendly. Of course I recommend this place.“

“The food has greatly improved, they must have gotten a new chef! Yummy! There is a language barrier and pricing and the a la carte menu is not clear BUT the prices are fair. I will definitely be going more regular again. I stopped going for a couple of years.“
