Best Chinese food in Lehigh Valley, hands down. Every dish is authentic and very northern Chinese. Every dish is different because as real Chinese cuisine, every dish uses different sauce and different cooking technique and temperature. The chef here was not a farmer, or construction worker, who becomes a chef later because of survival necessities. The chef here must have been trained as a chef at a proper organization. This place is excellent. I would highly recommend trying their authentic Chinese food (there's a section for it on the menu); the Braised Lion's Head, Ma Po Tofu, and Peking Pork are especially delicious.

We got takeout and it was delicious! The one thing is we would like to know how much spice we are adding when we added it to the order. The food was excellent and delivery was timely.
