The service was amazing from start to finish and the food was absolutely amazing.

We were not rushed out and they even sang to the both of us and gave a birthday treat with a candle.

“The greatest restaurant you could ever go to for sushi, steak, teriyaki chicken, salads, and soups. They do EVERYTHING right. I’ve tried multiple other sushi restaurants and none of them even compare to the delicious, highly generous sized sushi rolls at Ichiban. The staff are also very welcoming and food always comes fast. Best restaurant in the Lehigh Valley!

“This is a unique Asian cuisine because they offer stuff from all over Asia. There’s dishes on the menu from India, China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, etc. They also have a vegetarian general tso option that’s epic. It’s crispy and tastes incredibly similar to regular chicken. Highly recommend.“
