After reading the negative reviews I was nervous to come here, but my experience was pretty positive. The girls did talk in Spanish amongst themselves but they weren’t saying anything bad about the customers.

The girl who took my order was pretty soft spoken, but she did say “next” or “how can I help you.” They didn’t have any Cookies n Cream ice cream for my Cappy Blast but she offered me any other flavor of ice cream. She also made sure to check if I wanted caramel, mocha, etc.

She gave me a receipt and called out the last two digits of my number when it was ready. The line was long but my Cappy Blast came out quickly. It would’ve been 5 stars, but their ice cream flavors were pretty limited when I went.

Baskin-Robbins is hands down the best ice cream place around! With an incredible variety of flavors to choose from, there's always something new to try, and the classics are always perfect. Whether it's a scoop of Mint Chocolate Chip, a rich Caramel Cone, or a seasonal treat like Pumpkin Pie, the quality of the ice cream is unmatched—creamy, flavorful, and just the right texture.

Every time I visit, the employees are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer recommendations if I can’t decide between the endless options. All spanish GIRLS there . They talk about the customers in Spanish ! I speak Spanish and heard the conversation. They get your order wrong because they are playing around . Grab and RUN if you must!!

I waited in line (I'm the only one) for over 15 minutes before an employee told me that they are closed. This is at around 1940 or 7:40 pm

?People who work there they keep chatting in Spanish front off customers! Employees don’t tell customers next or can I help you! They just stare at customers! Then employees touch their nose ? this is way out off hand! They get paid to what!
They don't care bc its not their business, please ? manager take action or I will send video proff two health department

Worst staff I’ve ever encountered and they weren’t busy, like 1 lady in line in front of me n she didn’t look happy either. Some boy told me they didn’t have sundaes…what?? So, was gonna order something else but how can I when he shrugs his shoulders n walks away. A 5yr old would’ve made a better employee than this boy. Might as well shut it down now cuz those kids don’t wanna serve nobody or hire some people that give just a little damn…just lil bit

Staff is absolutely terrible. It’s been a long time since I had service this bad. Someone should inform them it’s rude to talk bad about customers in Spanish while they are serving them. The one dude was absolutely miserable being there. All his job is is to scoop ice cream. Don’t bother.

No good service please close this location y you open not provide to service I wait 20 minutes to lane after she answer me not making milkshakes

9/7: 2pmRude staff. We were ignored at the counter while the staff bantered with each other and then argued about who would have to dish our ice cream. Ice cream was mediocre and portions were tiny. Over bad experience.
