Ordered a pie and wings via GrubHub. Wings were ok but the pizza looked like someone picked off bits of cheese to eat and it was cold.

The place was nearly empty and it took 40 minutes to get 2 slices of Pizza. Staff was not interested in taking my order! Never Again! .... The Pizza was greasy and cold!

Ordered 20 pieces of boneless wings, came in 2 boxes. First box had absolutely no honey bbq sauce. Second box had a drop of honey bbq sauce. Chicken was dry! Spent $27.99 plus tip for horrible honey barbecued boneless wings.

Food was okay, service was good, but the bartender charged my card twice saying the manager returned all the money back to my car along with the tip instead of difference. Lucky me it was not my final bill. That Bartender’s shift was over so she had handed me the cheque & then scammed me. When I asked if even the tip came back or only the amount & she said everything & insisted me to hand her my card for payment. Whereas I see my bank statements now, they charged my card twice.

We ordered at 6pm for delivery. My wife calls them at 7pm, they said the driver didn’t get our delivery yet, then she calls again at 7:30pm, and our food was still sitting at the Woodys, I then went up there for our food. They then told me that they delivered our food to the wrong place. And they didn’t give our delivery fee nor the tip back. Never ordering from the Hanover St., nor 19th St & Hamilton St. ever again.

I ordered 2 pies for delivery and after an hour I called to find the status of my order. The staff member I spoke to said they were still waiting for the delivery driver who should "be here any minute". I waited another half hour and still nothing. I call again and am told my order is still sitting there an hour and a half later because the delivery driver was still not there. When I asked if I could get the delivery fee refunded and have my husband pick up my order the manager said I'd have to cancel my order and place a new order. Never ordering from this location again.
Some lousy bartender at this specific location decided to serve a group of persons under the age of 21 alcohol & they left this establishment then un-alived my relative not far down the street by driving under the influence. They got it on multiple cameras. This buisness is aware of it & others have told me since that incident that they are still serving people under the legal age. Clearly they don't check I.D's or stop drinks from flowing to people who are acting obliterated. I wish they would clean their act up & be more professional about their jobs instead of pretending to turn a blind eye for some faux friends & low tips. I will never support this buisness ever again or any other location of theirs & I will always advocate against their lack of enforcement of policies/laws & lack of proper repercussions for employees who break those laws.

Customer service is not the greatest, dude on the phone didn't know what from what, pepperoni pizza cheese tasted old and had a weird taste, one manager was not pleasant. They seem to need a refresher course on food service.

The only reason I gave 5 for service was the dude at the register and the dude cooking the food. They seemed to care the most. A chick just sat there and did nothing but acted like she was somebody special !!! I'm sure they don't get enough business to rotate their food appropriately. Be careful on what you order, it may send back a surprise!
