New owners destroyed it 👎🏼
New owners have ruined it . I’ve been going there my whole life, it was my father’s favorite place and what the new owners have done is a crying shame . Firing long time staff , changing menu among others . It amazes me because in the news article they said nothing will change . What a lie

Stahley’s Cafe, Grillhouse & Bar is a local classic for the valley. The atmosphere is old and dark with a long bar, 2 pool tables, and a small stage for live music Saturdays. The food is good, with great cheesesteaks just as remembered, and meals like breakfast are absolutely delicious with portions so big leftovers are taken home. Besides the fries being unsalted, the food smelled and tasted amazing. Meals are served at reasonable prices, and the menu is extensive. The service is fast and friendly, with a courteous server giving excellent service. One issue was meals brought out staggered, with two coming later. For a family dinner, the atmosphere was just right. It’s consistent, inexpensive, and good—a place for a blue collar guy to drink some brews, eat some clams and wings, play a game of pool, or listen to live music. Takeout for 3 people costs around 42 dollars. Very nostalgic, an Allentown institution.
